The food was good. I did feel it was a little overpriced for the quality. Our server was friendly and prompt. Which was great b/c we were famished from being on the road all day.

We traveled to Bryce in the off season and this was the only restaurant open. They were way under staffed and we felt sorry for the servers. Took us along time for drinks. Salad bar is very basic, ribs were good.

There are not a lot of choice for restaurant. Nevertheless we had a good lunch, the waiter was friendly and the price was very good. You also have access to books that you can read while your food is prepared. It does not mean you hve to wat for ages to get your food ;-))

Ruby's has the monopoly here, so prices are about as inflated as one might expect for a tourist trap. The hotel and restaurant have some interesting history, which is documented in the hallway near the washrooms. The ambiance is fine/standard. One of us ordered the buffet and was pleased with the selection and quality of the food. 2 of us... More

This restaurant has little competition & a captive customer base. What a pity they cannot deliver a better quality of service to its customers. The food displayed on the salad bar buffet looked too tired to eat so we chose from the menu. My choice was a beef & vegetable stew. What I received was a bowl full of meat... More

The tables were comfortable and the service pleasant. The food is very basic, which is fine, but our steaks were not of a good quality or cooked right. It is not inexpensive, so it should be better.

this is practically the only local option when staying at Bryce in the off-season. it's overpriced, and for a place with 'steak' in the name, they serve pretty mediocre cuts.

They are catering to busloads of folks. Breakfast was fair.... buffet style.... there's not much choice for breakfast so since it was the only game in town....

There is no way you could sample everything! A LOT of food and all very good. Even the price was OK considering what was served.

The Buffet consisted of over cooked meats, that were tough, and tasteless. The salad bar was good, as was the soup; however it was not worth the price we paid. The next morning we ate there again, this time I ordered off of the menu. Breakfast was just fine and the price was right.
