I have eaten here on a few different occasions. The food is always good, but seems way over priced. The buffet I would consider average. The wait staff is excellent.

Visiting in the winter, this is the only restaurant open. It is quite pricey, but you get a lot of food and it was quite good. The staff is not very friendly and the service is a little slow.

We had lunch and the Burgers were amazing!!! Maybe one of the freshest nicest Burgers I have ever eaten. The service was amazing! Alexia was kind, attentive and pleasant.

The restaurant at Ruby's Inn is the only full-service restaurant in Bryce Canyon City during winter. The buffet line was closed due to construction being done and the restaurant was crowded when we visited due to a Game Convention taking place at the hotel along with 2 troops of Boy Scouts who were on a winter camp-out. The service was... More

Trip to Bryce Canyon is beautiful in January, but services are very limited, including dining choice. This was about the only restaurant open for dinner and it was terrible. We ordered four meals and all were from pre-packaged heated up. The pork chops were two round pices of dry meat, tthe flat iron steak were dry and didn't look like... More

The food is varied and there's loads of it. The service was okay but slow. It was a busy time of the day though. The food wasn't mind blowing like the scenery but overall it was okay. There's better places to eat close by which are worth investigating. It's not that cheap for what you get.

The restaurant is the only one located nearby to two Best Western hotels and is thus the only place within miles to get any food if you do not want to prepare yourself. Its ok - the service and food is fine and you will not go hungry, but you will have eaten better elsewhere. Trouble is there is no... More

The Buffet was surprisingly a scrumptious variety of Turkey and Stroganof and other casserole dishes.
