Not quite a 3 out of 5

Places like Ruby's are why people travel to National Parks in RVs and cook for themselves. The restaurant is open all day and is large the service good and the food fine standard American. Large salad bar. This is probably the only restaurant in the area open year round.

Very nice buffet style food. A little over priced for a busy place. Also, seems like the only place in this area to eat at. This is our second National Park stop out of five and we have noticed how everything is marked up 200% versus a town with a Walmart. Make sure to either stock up on food at... More

The food was eatable, nothing great, priced high for the quality food they serve. Service was great.

Only place in town Good selection of items, clean, good service. No complaints on the food. We did not eat the buffet as some of the food appeared to have been out to long, but that is what you have in a buffet.

But not so many choices so you eat here at least once. We had the buffet and it was fine; lots of choices and the salad bar selection was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. Of course we served ourselves so not too much for the waitress to do really. Trying Fosters tonight, more variety and lower prices.

With no restaurant choices in the off-season, other than Ruby's, we ate there. Just an average restaurant. My deceased Mother always told me never to complain about food, so I won't. I don't want to sound picky, because I am not. There is a huge gift shop adjoining the restaurant which was fun to browse. If you need souvenirs, snacks,... More

There are very few places to eat in the Bryce canyon area. You can order off the menu or have the buffet. It seems everyone passing through stops here. Its a best western hotel, general store restaurant and maybe even gasoline. The dinner buffet is about $21 and has many choices of meats veggies and many side dishes and dessert.

We stayed out of season (April) at the Bryce View Lodge so this was the only place for dinner within walking distance. Our children enjoyed the standard fare on the children's menu, plus hot chocolate and ice-cream. We were three adults and all ate the buffet, plus a bottle of wine. The food was tasty and plentiful and we thought... More

We do not generally order from a buffet, but we were in a hurry and the items offered looked good. The meat loaf and chicken were excellent. The pork ribs were better left in the kitchen. The corn bread was very good and the salad bar with potato salad was very good. The service was a little lacking, but we... More
