Nice big steak - too bad the cook doesn't know how to cook it

When we went into the "Steak House" we saw that they had a 12oz New York on special. We ordered it. There was a little salad bar, and we had the one trip to the salad bar that they allow you with your steak. It was really tasty and fresh. Our steaks took a long time to arrive, and when... read more

This was one of two restaurants open during our visit, but the menu was large and the items were ordered were very good.

Saw the bakery sign but since it was out of season all they had was pie. I was famished and got two generous pieces of their berry pie to take back to the cabin I was staying at. Wow wonderful crust great filling. Perfect tried to get more on my way out of town but it was Sunday morning and... More

Options were limited because of the season. we stayed away from the rubys inn mess and choose fosters. Great decision! Nothing fancy just a great meal! Down home salad bar, excellent ribeye and the pie is....to die for! Thank you ladies for a great meal!

There aren't a lot of choices for food in this area. So we went here for dinner our first night. The food was ok, not great. Service was a little slow due to lack of staff and a diner crowd. Biggest thing for us was the powerful smell of bleach when we walked in the door. It was almost bad... More

After 2 weeks in Utah wyoming and Arizona eating really wood western meat we found this restaurant outside Bryce canyon. What a pleasant surprise!!! Home made pies are really good but the prime rib is just superb.

Found this place after seeing a long line at Ruby's. Seating was fast and both the food and service were good. Foster's is about a mile away from the main junction near the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. It was worth driving the extra mile to avoid the crowds.

This restaurant has promise but fails in some areas. My son liked the hamburger, and we heard the pies are exceptional. My wife ordered the salad and soup bar. The soup looked so unappetizing no one had the courage to try it. Other dishes were okay, or mediocre. The location is convenient and should be very busy. Restaurant Impossible could... More

Ended up at Foster's after leaving a different restaurant because of a 45 minute wait for dinner. Seated right away with server bringing water and menus. Our meals came with soup or salad. BBQ chicken was good but would have preferred less sauce on it. My husband's Prime Rib was outstanding - one of the best he has ever eaten.... More

We decided to try this place based upon the TA reviews. We were not disappointed. The service was friendly, informative and fast. The salad bar had many items, all of which were fresh and good. Michele had the salmon for $16, which was served with rice and mixed veggies. She said it was excellent (she doesn't say that very often).... More
