Great food - excellent view

Had lunch yesterday with family. The food and service were excellent. The St Bernard asleep at the front door was also beautiful and did not mind a pat from several strangers on the way in.

Sit outside and face the glorious views! We went on a mild 20 degree day with gentle sun. It was just lovely on the terrace. The food was a bit of a let down. We had a mixture of burgers salads and squid. All serves were on the small side and not cheap. My $28 smoked chicken salad was basically... More

Enjoyed a cool drink on the outdoor lounge garden just before sunset last Saturday night. The views north towards Brisbane and over to the Pacific Ocean coast are quite pleasant. Houses in the distance appear small from the heights. The 10,000 year old tree is quite amazing as is the friendly old St Bernard who welcomes you inside. This site... More

After dining there 6mths ago and really enjoying it was very disappointed this time. Chicken Avocado Parmigiana was very dry inside and way too over cooked, husband had Spare Ribs which were as tough as boots, could not even get meat off the bones. We complained to the waitress and she told us she was going to tell the chef... More

The view at St bernards is spectacular. The food is good and moderately priced. And they have a beautiful st bernard dog Leo who wanders around. Love being here in winter with the fire roaring

Key features are the St Bernard dog! and the views to the Pacific Ocean. We didn't see the dog when we were there. The gardens require some work but this does not distract from just being there...

We choose to dine here on our last night at Mount Tamborine. Yes, the lovely St Bernard hogging the front entrance is adorable...made me wonder what health regulations limits there are. Yes, the dog is tied up, but a Lady did escort the dog through the dining area towards another bar. Our kids loved patting the dog, and I am... More

A lovely old pub with a view to die for, but not for me. As I was staying next door at the Mt Tamborine Motel, I decided to pop over and have a meal. I couldn't have been more surprised by the prices. I lined up with half a dozen or so others as it was rather busy and a... More

Went there for lunch with my parents & was not disappointed. The service was reasonably fast with food delivery, but the view more than made for it. A must place to visit. PS - dont forget to give Molly a pat (the hotel's Saint Bernard) she is beautiful.

The food was brilliant and well priced, the view was fantastic. We stopped in for lunch and a lovely well priced bottle of wine. Very relaxing and the dog was sooo cute.
