The place to go for seafood in Humacao

The restaurant is nothing fancy, although they appear to be remodeling the place right next door. It is located in a "parcelas" neighborhood right on the beach. It is not easy to locate it, but once there you will find excellent "criollo" style seafood at very reasonable prices. I had an "asopao... read more

Service in this Restaurant is slow slow slow. Staff was limited to one doing the best she could. The food quality was just not good and the portion size minus what you expected. In a table of four, food quality was poor in all four. One plate had to be returned and it took 40 minutes to get it served... More

The snapper was fresh and well-prepared. In fact, everything was fresh and well-prepared. A memorable part of the evening was the lady at the corner table. She had a pile of crab legs that she kept crushing and picking. Bam. I don't mean for her dinner. Bam. She had a huge pile of crab legs. Bam. I remember that one... More

Daniel seafood is a nice, family restaurant near the beach. The food was very good (appetizers, main dishes, and desserts). I had the lobster, which was excellent. Nice friendly staff too. They place was really full and the service seemed a bit slow at times, other than that it was great. Reasonable prices as well.

The treatment was perfect, friendly, always with a smile and a great actitud, regarless of the questions from the kids. The food was perfect and everything that we ask for were delicious. As for the coconut "flan"! It was great, home made flan! Wow! Go and have dinner there!

Friendly service but slow. Not too much variety. Food is ok. Could be cleaner. It need more promotion. We we're the only ones eating in the whole place.

The rest of my group LOVED their food, but I must say my seafood paella was a bit overcooked. As nobody else in my group got seafood I don't know if this was due to the fact their food had to cook longer, or simply a mistake. I'd still recommend this place to someone looking for food... especially on a... More

We found this place on Trip Advisor. There aren't many restaurants to choose from in the area, so we decided to try this one. Food was ok, service a bit slow. They had fresh local fish, and for me that is a plus. The mofongo is fantastic!!!!! If I were to return, I would order Stuffed Mofongo with shrimp. They... More

Not that pretty, service is not that great, a little pricey, but the food: an experience to remember. It helps if you go on the right mood and time: during an afternoon, relaxed, not so hungry upon arrival, with some topic of conversation to entertain your party while you wait.. then order and be surprised! The coconut shrimps, the Daniel... More
