Pitchfork is one of those hidden delights you find and then want to keep to yourself. This was an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Lots of ticks for style, ambiance and fab wait staff. Also the food which I could not fault apart from the dessert which was fantastic and decadent to to the extreme but in hindsight... More

A standout restaurant - one I'd expect to visit in a city such as Melbourne but in the trendy, laid back village of Peregian. This restaurant did not disappoint, excellent food & great service. Standout dishes were the Prawns with pomegranate as well as the Ginger bread dessert with apple & maple anglaise however there were so many lovely tastes.... More

Pitchfork was strongly recommended by friends and did not dissapoint. We had lunch with the family and the children were awell served and then played in the adjscent playground, We all enjoyed the beautiful prawns for entree followed by a variety of well presented mains with sensibly priced wine. Sercvice was excellent

We were shopping in Peregian Beach when we saw this place and it looked good, there really is no need to make a reservation at lunch time but we did as it helps the kitchen. The entrees all sounded very innovative so we decided to have three and share as only have small appetites,The restaurant is in the middle of... More

Wonderful quality produce, presentation was great and the spanner crab and Moreton Bay bugs entrée which I had as a main were both excellent dishes. Very attentive service. On this quality, best restaurant in the Coolum and Peregian region.

We holidayed in this area a few years back and decided to see if the cafes and restaurants had developed. Glad we did as we had a very pleasant lunch at Pitchfork, inside away from the rain which developed during the morning. Excellent fish dishes, a pleasant Villa Maria wine and good service.

Pitchfork change their menu every season and we visited this time with some friends from Toowoomba, I had the eye fillet and our friends had the fish of the day. The steak was as ordered and to die for and the fish was excellent according to our friends we finished off with some great deserts and had some nice wine... More

I have been before and was negative about the service. Let me recant. On a sunday evening it is less crowded and that may help. But regardless the service was perfect. We ordered 4 of the 5 entrees to share and they asked the right questions (all together, paired on one at a time). We asked for them one at... More
