Great food, excellent service.... Menu changes with the seasons so you are sure everything is fresh.. If you are a fish lover, the catch of the day by Chef/Owner/Fisherman Cedric is always a great meal choice!!

In our recent trip to PR we went to Arecibo Observatory and looking for a good reastaurant to try local food. After rejecting a few options we decided to refer to tripadvisor and BINGO! What a gem in the middle of nowhere! Don't get discouraged cause you have to buzz in at the door, but that's because owner himself will... More

My hubby and I found this restaurant in trip advisor. We were greeted by the owner, I believe, upon arrival. He was super accommodating and friendly. The lunches were large portions, and cooked well. Lunch took a little longer to recieve than usual--even for PR. Ultimately, I enjoyed the meal for a lunchtime venture in local cuisine.

Have visited this place a couple of times and finally decided to write a review. This is a place for educated palate. Chef Cedric combination of flavors is a work of art and you have to understand that the good stuff takes time!!! I always call first to verify the selection of fresh fish in hand. When yellowfin tuna is... More

Three of us visited on a week-day night. The small bar was hopping, apparently with a lot of locals. We were quickly seated and the menu was a delight - creative, but with plenty of comfortable stand-bys, reasonably priced. Mojitos and sangria were both terrific. Two of us opted for the churrasco a la parilla (grilled skirt steak). It was... More

We went there on a Sunday estoy afternoon. Options in the menú were great. Food quality, portions and presentation were superb. Staff das very courteous and professional and took their time to explain what each menú poste consists of and how was prepared and served. Atmosphere was bey attractive, cozy and excellent overhead music. Slighty dark for daylight tours. Not... More

Dining at MenTa was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Puerto Rico. We had seen some of Chef Cedric Taquin’s specialty dishes through social media, and already knew about the excellent local reputation that he has as a seafood specialist. We made reservations in advance of our trip, and the Chef made sure to please us by... More

I lived in Arecibo for many years and always considered it was a not the place to look for fine dining, until I discovered MenTa. Last night we had an amazing experience there. This is my fourth visit and every time I’ve looked forward to my next one, but after the meal last night I don’t think I can wait... More
