I love Thai food, but after 7 days, fancied a change. Kokosnuss was a great choice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Good food, good service, and nice surroundings. Two of us shared a pork hock and it was huge ... plenty for two (along with the help yourself buffet extras). A number of our group had the schnitzel buffet and... More

We found this place on the web and decided to give it a go and what a pleasant surprise it was. Thomas, the owner, was very nice to let us bring our own wine ( with a small corkage fee) and we were very happy to discover there was a buffet when we arrived. Best deal in town. Delicious German... Had lunch there the other day. This is definitely a German restaurant. They even had a German radio station on! The food was good; the portions were large. The staff was very, very attentive and pleasant. Every evening they have a different buffet. It is located on a street parallel to the main road through Kamala and when it rains... More

I had one of my best meals ever in Phuket at this restaurant, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the owner Thomas came over to ensure we were well treated - will definitely be back.

Thomas and his wife Bum over the years worked hard and deservedly earned a good reputation for good quality food & service at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is located at a lane parallel to the main road ..not easy to find initially but once you are there ..the advantages of this location are immediately appreciated ..no dust, no noisy... Kokusnuss restaurant (the name is German and means coconut) is a great place to go for any meal. They serve the best breakfasts in town - period. They have a la carte meals all day long. In the high season they offer special all-you-can-eat evenings like Spaghetti & Pizza, German specials and "Schnitzel" buffet. A nice touch about the restaurant... More

We are staying in Kamala for 3 months and was recommended to try this restaurant. We eat here twice a week because the food is great, portions are big, and prices are reasonable. They offer Scnitzel buffet night on Wednesdays. All you can eat chicken or pork, 2 types of soups, sauteed potatoes and a salad bar with a lot... More

Enjoyed the breakfast there. Lots of choices at reasonable prices. For about 100b, you can get good breakfast. They have cold meat dishes too. A refreshing deviation from the usual American and English breakfast sets. When I was there, they also had all you can eat BBQ spare ribs for dinner.you will need to reserve a table first. The restaurant... More

If you're done with eating thai food and want some European food i would definitly recommend this place. They have so many different kinds of bread and meat it almost feels like if you're in germany. The milkshakes and yoghurts are really good as well.
