Good lunch

We came here for lunch as a family of 4 adults, 1 you child and 1 baby. Nice restaurant set in a cave, lovely food, good service and value for money.

This is an unusual restaurant located in a earth house/grotto which is an old building style to keep the house cool during the hot summer months. They serve very good local food. If you want Paela you normally have to pre-order.

An absolutely brilliant find! Tucked away in the back streets of this little Spanish town, is a beautiful restaurant set into the caves. The service was excellent and friendly, the terrace is a wonderful place to spend a relaxed evening. The food was beautifully cooked and we even got a kiss form the lady chef!! This is our new favourite... More

The place deco and atmosphere is very nice in a kind of a cave house. Food is rather average though. Service is very slow... only 2 tables occupied for lunch and more than 10 min waiting between starters and main dish plus other 15 mins for starters to arrive.

Food is very high standard lovely atmosphere in unusual surrounding. Worth going off the beaten track to find this lovely restaurant. Be sure to book if you want to eat.

Im sorry but this place was very disappointing. The caves are what attracted us to the restaurant, but the food was not good at all. It was very pricy and the waitress and chef were very rude. My son ordered a prawn dish as a starter which was about 9 euros. The prawn was shredded, the dish was tasteless as... More

We found the Resto on Saturday, booked for Sunday 2pm. The setting is excellent, the food fine, the waiter friendly. Are prices too high? We had starter & main, 3 or 4 glasses of wine...came to mid €60s...we usually pay €20-30...for the pair of us... With only us two in, lack of ambiance...needs addressing... Don't confuse please with La Cueva...

A quirky cave setting is great, but a restaurant is about the food and the owners of Las Cuevas have no idea how to cook. The dishes we ordered bore scant relation to what was described on the menu, the food was cold and the service patchy. It was a cool night and although there was a heater nearby the... More

The tempura vegetables were soggy and covered in oil with no tempura batter on them at all. My pork steak was tasty but unfortunately it was raw in places. My friend had the cod that was so salty she could not eat it. My partner had the monkfish which was drenched in some kind of oil that tasted like salad... More

This restaurant is very unusual. selection of food is ok and cooked well. Menu is in 4 different languages. The outside setting is very pleasant. Waiter was very helpful and pleasant. If you want something different then this is the place. This restaurant is not open on Sunday and Wednesday.
