Hopeless and upsetting lunch which was meant to be a family and friends get together. Two of our party never got their meal despite repeated assurances. The Dragon gave us a miserable £5 in compensation. OK they reimbursed for the meals not serve but can you imagine what it was like for the guilty pair who did get fed. Just... More

Sunday Lunch is not as easy as it looks to cook or deliver, but, The Dragon gets top marks for yesterday. I had never been before but I will be returning. When we arrived the pub was full and only a few tables free at 6pm in the restaurant. We were greeted by Liz(we think) and she had the whole... More

I had the best steak ever - cooked how i like it - desserts to die for and presentation out of this world. No wonder this was a bustling place to eat - all tables full with people waiting for spare seats. Staff so friendly and well spoken and so attentive. It was faultless! Love the place.

I had heard such great things about the food served at The Dragon and they all proved to be absolutely spot on. We went for a two course Sunday dinner and all had different main courses. All our party said that they enjoyed it, with good portion sizes and a large variety of vegetables. I did struggle to eat the... More

We love this place and the food never let's us down. We went last night only for tea and the The Dragon Burger, been wanting this for ages but always have ham, eggs and chips lol.... It was awesome, so fresh and delicious. Everything is fresh to be honest. Great food, great service.

We weren't quite sure what to expect from the outside as this place looks pretty small but infact it was really spacious and the place was bustling (we arrived at 8pm on a Friday evening). The service was a little disjointed, our table had been reserved for the wrong time and some of the bar staff were very young and... More

I dined here for a business lunch and thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The car park is a little tight, but I had no difficulties parking. Often, when I have driven past here, it has looked quite crowded. All the staff seemed happy and were very attentive to our needs. The lunch menu is quite simple, but with a range... More

Good food, great atmosphere, both of which are enhanced by the staff, who are cheerful, friendly and not only happy to do anything for you, but all of them appear to be happy in themselves - a lesson to be learned by many other establishments I have visited. It makes the whole experience a pleasurable one.

This has to be a favorite with our family. The staff are always welcoming and the atmosphere is hard to beat. We have never had a bad meal as it is consistently Yummy. In the summer sitting watching outside is wonderful and winter by a cosy fire is brilliant. Families are made extremely welcome.
