This place was amazing. We ate dinner here in march. We got the set menu which was a wonderful 5 course meal way too much food for two people but we'll worth it. This was by far the most expensive place on the entire island of phuket. It was well worth it. Service was great. If you plan on having... More

Lovely Thai food and lovely environment. A little bit expensive for Thailand, but food quality, taste, ingredients were excellent and representative of the higher price.

Ambience was beautiful. Building interior and outside were both charming, retaining cultural and historical flavour. Very quaint. Table setting amazing as well. Food was generally excellent. Fish cake salad, mamasan curry, morning glory, stewed bananas in coconut, mango rice. The French red paired well with the thai cuisine too. But we made the mistake of ordering the whole steamed snapper.... More

Dear Khun Doesnt, Thank you for your visit, great review and reading my responses :). What an irony of circumstances as I fired today one of the kitchen members for not respecting the cold chain. It has nothing to do with your review and still yet.... I've been traveling quite a lot this month and feared the proverb "when the... More

The three of us had a lovely evening at the blue elephant It is in an unlikely place in Phuket town in a gorgeous old colonial building. We started with terrific cocktails and chose the table d'hote menu.good call. I went to the Blue Elephant in Bkk years ago and in London more recently. The massaman was to die for... More

After two weeks of quite “moderate” food in Khao Lak I enjoyed the “Blue Elephant” so much that I went there two nights in a row. It is beautifully located in an old mansion (although the management could enhance the premises a bit by planting some more trees or other greenery). The interior is nicely decorated and creates a sophisticated... More

To be honest it's no different from any other Blue Elephant Restaurant you might visit. It's sort of the Thai equivalent of Hard Rock Cafe. Does what it says on the tin but culinary wise pretty average at best. Had the Blue Elephant sharing platter to start which was no better than your local Thai restaurant. Main courses were Massaman... More

We had a party of 8, but didn't have to wait at 7:00pm on a Tuesday. Very beautiful architecture, and lots of character. The wait staff was very attentive, and the food from everyone's account was excellent.
