Set in the 'Heritage' part of Phuket Town, Siam Indigo represents all that is good about the area and the changes that are happening there. Open up in 2006, Siam Indigo offer an unique setup where works from local artists adorn the 90-year-old walls in the white table and chair dining room while the lounge/bar area sticks to a more modern style. Overall, Siam Indigo's decor is a successful marriage of old, atmospheric Chinese shop-house and eclectic art with a broad emphasis on space and light. To the back of the restaurant is a patio featuring a fountain where diners can enjoy the evening breezes. Essentially, the decor reflects the attitude of the owners: a healthy respect for the building's heritage with a leaning towards the contemporary.

They Are Closed!!!

Went there last night and nothing was open. Telephone numbers don't work, website last updated 2011. If they are open they need make a plan for better signage.

Ate here many times while living in Phuket and always had a delicious meal. The only problem was that it was never full and so there wasn't a great atmosphere. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and they even have their own little clothes shop next door. This is quite expensive by Phuket standards and so I guess that's why it... More

the space is not large but it is very modern. The architecture can be called unique style. I really amazing with the decoration of wall, very art. you can find almost the famous Thailand food in there. but I like Chicken Cashew Nuts. I have never eaten before. the combination between roasted cashew nuts,, sweet soy, garlic.. so delicious. and... More

We ended up at Siam Indigo due to a messed up booking at the Blue Elephant, more about that on their review! It was a Thursday evening and we entered the restaurant at about 8pm. We were initially apprehensive as no-one else was in the restaurant however soon afterwards a few more entered to create a better atmosphere; I guess... More

Lovely Thai food with a twist , tasty and very well presented . Reasonable price , lovely decor , friendly service .Follow the owner recommendations ..the only disappointment is the poor choice of wines ...and coffee was not available on that day.

We had seen this restaurant many times in the past as we often use the south winds book shop over the road. I finally prevailed upon my wife to drive in and have a gourmet meal as a special treat because we come to Phuket so often. It was a harrowing journey because it coincident with the first night of... We ordered the duck massaman curry, coconut tempura prawns with papaya salad, spicy tuna laab, piri piri chicken, coconut soup and 2 cocktails (best we've had) - everything was fantastic, although quite hot and spicy for our mild palettes. Excellent value. The restaurant and ambience is absolutely lovely, there was some gorgeous mosaic artwork on the walls all around. This... More

Took a day to walk around Phuket town to shop for antiques. We stumbled into this restaurant and what a surprise. The atmosphere was funky and artsy, with beautiful mosaic's on every wall. The tables were nicely spread out and not crowded. Service was very good. The initial waiter struggled with English but as soon as he realized he could... More
