I'll start by saying that Zizzi is one of those places where you should never pay full price. Search their website, or Facebook or Bluewater's web page for vouchers. There's always something on offer. On this visit we had 25% off our food bill (doesn't include drinks so don't go mad expecting cheap wine!) The food is lovely and the... More

Love coming here after work for glass of wine and dinner. Quite often use my tesco club card points and don't get any hassle that part is easy. Service is good too with nice views BUT now they've updated their menu and taken off some of our favourite dishes I would say check their menu on the website first! Also... More

Our party of 5 ate here on Saturday 5.30pm. Good buzz in the restaurant, food was lovely (recommend the rustica pescatore pizza!!) & service was great. 3 course meal (only 2 had puddings) for 5 inc bottle of wine £130 so not cheap but would recommend this restaurant.

Despite being a party of 6, they were able to find us a nice table by the window during a fairly busy Tuesday lunch. A varied menu meant that everyone was able to chose something that suited them and their budget. On this last point, a discount voucher and lunch menu meal offer made the meal even better value for... More

This was a bit over priced for what was on offer. Nice surroundings and friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to be able to have a meal and continue shopping!

Haven't eaten here for a long while, but after looking at several restaurants salads decided this had the most interesting. It was a courgette, butternut squash, lentil and cheese salad, but the presentation was a mess , it looked like it had been thrown onto the plate and although tasted ok it was very disappointing. We shared a starter of... More

Two for weekday supper. Even though it was crowded they found us a table straight away. The tables are very close together but we couldn't hear the people at the next table and (I assume) they couldn't hear us! The waitress, Kay, was excellent; friendly, cheerful and helpful. The main courses were fine. I tried one of their weird desserts... More

Been here several times before as a couple and with groups of friends. Visited towards the end of May mid to late afternoon, only a few other customers in the place. Our server, Michaela was delightful and the high point of the visit as it was bland, bland, bland from then on, what's going on here. This place was never... More

OK, the evening got off to a terrific start as it was warm enough to eat Al Fresco which is such a rarity in the UK. And as I love Italian food anyway this is another plus point. The setting at the Bluewater branch of this chain is great - right by a little bridge straddling a small water area. Great... More

Had a nice meal at Zizzi's in Bluewater. Atmosphere in the restaurant was buzzing and the Service was very good. Food was tasty and plentiful. Needed a doggy bag, which did not cause any problems or embarrassment. An enjoyable experience, I will return...
