What a disappointment yesterday the food was awful .

I went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday because I have been there previous and food wasn't that bad. Oh my god yesterday the food was terrible. I had two young children with me and sat on their plate was a small pile of absolutely Greasy chips sitting in fat which I couldn't let them eat... read more

For mains I had the osso bocco was very tasty however was a lot of fat on the meat. And for dessert I had the lemon cheesecake which was also very enjoyable would... More

My partner and I visited here quite late in the evening, close to last orders. We were welcomed by our waitress Frankie who was excellent. Her service was exceptional throughout the night and certainly made us feel welcome. We had 3 courses which were all very good, I had the special which was seafood risotto and it was excellent.

My friend and I went to the cinema at Bluewater, and afterwards decided on Jamies, at Bluewater. We both chose different starters, bruchettas with different toppings. Both our first choices were sold out. My friend then chose the chicken pate one and I chose the mushroom one, hers was very nice, mine on the other hand was tasteless and rather... More

Having been to Jamie's, a couple of months ago, for a tasting event, we liked the food so much that we booked a Christmas meal. There were some ups and downs in the meal. My husband is allergic to cheese and he was taken care of very well. We had separate starter platters - his without cheese and when he... More

Family Christmas outing and after a long day we ended up at Jamie's for dinner. Lovely table, great service and good food. Meat plank was fresh, good portions and tasty. Boulliabaise was excellent and good size. All other dishes (lamb chops, rib eye, pasta) wete well executed and tasty. Lamb chops perhaps could be higher quality (less fat more meat).... More

I've often walked swiftly past many of the chain restaurants in Bluewater including this one - the queues are always really long and they're chains, so I'd assumed the food would be mediocre. I was then watching a YouTube video and Jamie took some YouTubers out to one of his restaurants for meal and showed them how to order. Apparently... More

Stopped at Jamie's for a spot of dinner during out shopping trip. We got there and it was packed, we were immediately told we would have to wait about 30mins for our table. We had a drink at the bar while we waited, our table was ready roughly 30mins later which was good. It took a bit of effort to... More

We had booked a table for two and the fixed price Christmas menu. We were shown to out table as soon as we arrived) no need to stand in the queue) and our order was taken within five minutes. Unfortunately they were unable to provide the Sea Bream with the accompanyments as featured on the menu ... But the manager... More

We visited Jamie's restaurant last night (16/12/14) for my son's birthday celebration. We had pre-booked which was a great idea as it seemed busy when we arrived. We were taken to our table and around 15 minutes later our waiter introduced himself. We told him it was a birthday celebration which the waiter acknowledged, but sadly for my son, that... More
