We are regular visitors to Jamie's at bluewater and if we are wondering where to eat we always end up going to Jamie's, the staff are always friendly and attentive, we never have to wait long for a table and if you are a gold card member you get free tasters every time you go and various other free gifts.... Eaten at several Jamie's - never disappointed (except when they stopped the Squid Ink Linguine!). The Bluewater venue is excellent, the food as good as always and the service speedy and efficient - but just don't like the somewhat claustrophobic atmosphere in this outlet.

Me and my family were really looking forward to our meal at Jamie's. Sadly it was not what we expected and unfortunately won't be booking another meal anytime soon. The service was slow, waiting 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We then waited for our starters, another long wait for only nachos & garlic bread. Once these had arrived,... More

Relatives were over from Australia and we were staying locally but, despite looking around, there is an apparent utter lack of knowledge on Gluten Free Food in the Bluewater Centre.... we went from blank-faced restaurant to blank-faced restaurant until we tried 'Jamie's'. The greeting staff were very polite, and advised we might have to wait 15 mins to be seated.... More

Adult food lovely with great choice. Pasta cooked beautifully. Children's menu very disappointing considering his push on school dinners. My son s burgers were burnt and not flame grilled so I didn't pay for them. I asked for child's portion of adult meal but it was not a possibility. Will not return.

Was looking forward to going to Jamie's Italian. Love Italian food and enjoy watching Jamie cook. Recipes always look simple so you'd think the people who work there would be able to cook. Was with daughter and son-in-law. Table was nice, big round and upstairs but I think that was the only thing we really really liked. Ordered our starter... More

Have eaten here before and enjoyed food but not on this occasion. Ordered Penne Carbonara which could have come from a tin, it was so insipid and watery, had tiramisu for dessert this did not have even a hint of coffee flavour just tasted of orange my boyfriend had ice cream which was ok but both desserts came in ridiculous... Came here on a Sunday evening before going to the cinema. Was told there was a 30 minute wait for a table of 4, but we had time to kill so waited in the bar. After 15 minutes or so we were seated. Was slightly disappointed as my first choice was the Meatballs which they had run out of, so... More

We decided to give this place a second chance but we were wrong. After making us wait 15 minutes at bar, we were seated downstairs, only to see that upstairs was near empty - they obviously didn't want to serve upstairs as too much effort! The menu was short and more quick food than Italian - funny that there is... More

Agree with the previous comment - Jamie is currently trading purely on his name. We were told to wait 15 mins only to be seated at a horrible metal table downstairs, and all the staff were walking around us. Upstairs was much nicer and half empty. Food was very average and atmosphere was very poor. Never again!
