Great place for lunch

Doesn't look much, not even inviting, but step in or into outdoor tables. Inside the air con struggling but during the day bit of a relief from the sun. We visited twice just to have a midday pizza, delicious, moist but at the same time the base was dry and perfectly done. Wine comes from casks... read more

Just had a smashing pizza from this restaurant, the best I've had in Thailand, cooked in front of me in pizza oven, lots of flavour. My mate had a pasta dish, really good too! It says Italian owned and I genuinely believe it is!

This restaurant was only a 5 minute walk from where we are staying at Kata Beach Resort. It is owned by an Italian guy from Rome (he has owned it since 1989). There are a few tables inside (air-conditioned) with the rest outside on a balcony setting on the main street. The service was efficient and very friendly, but the... More

Clean pizza made fresh. Relatively cheap and they often sell pizza late. Attentive staff. Would definitely return. They do thin crust pizza's which I prefer.

Tried the pollo e funghi (chicken and mushroom) pizza which was quite good even though one variety of mushroom was very strong smelling. Pizzas are about a large size and are prices from 220 Baht for the basic cheese. The Thai food was tasty and cheap, they had a special on while I was there, probably for low season, 99... More

We chose to eat here so my partner could have pizza while I had Thai food. We were seated in the air conditioned area - it was cooler than outside, not really cool though. I ordered chicken with garlic & pepper. It was tasty, not outstanding. Ok for the price. The rice was a little dry & had that 'too... More

Nice, big pizzas. The pepperoni was smelly but then we are not very big on meats, our bad. We were the only people in the restaurant, but that could also be because it was low season.

I recently stayed in Kata Beach at the Metadee Resort and villas which is located about 200m behind the Il Tagliere da Massimo restaurant. The restaurant is situated on Kata road and serves very good Italian food. I ate here about 4 or 5 times during my holiday and enjoyed every meal with a pitcher of cold Thai beer. The... More

We have eaten here three times on our holiday. They offer a wide range including traditional Thai also Italian. Our favourite was the pizza that we had full of flavour! And the Thai dishes are great too and special promotion at the moment is only 99 Bart for any Thai dish. So good we are coming back tonight for dinner
