Very cold beer- and the food was quite nice and at a good price too. Good place to watch the people go by and the staff was attentive. I've now eaten there three times... David

A bit crammed in, and had better food at cheaper places, food arriving at different times. Free salad run out of popular items. There are better places to go for cheaper in the area. Wouldn't have gone again.

We had dinner at this restaurant, now called Mama which is the sister restaurant to Mama Rine at sugar Marina Nautical resort. The service was fantastic along with the prompt delivery of food. Each of our meals were all really nice and to have the soup and salad bar free as well was a nice bonus. We had visited 3... More

After spending our morning at Kata Beach, my friends and I decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The waitress came to our table 3 times bringing food that we didn't order. The 4th time she did it, she was insisting that we did order the food she's bringing to our table but we never ordered that food. She started... More

The food here was nice and not particularly overpriced compared ton the rest of kata - unless your budget is ridiculously tight. The bit that is a bit pricey is the drinks, but there are plenty of bars nearby for after dinner. Food was good, nice selection without being too vast. It was well cooked and tasted very nice. Worth... More

I'm not sure if this is the same place we went. If it's directly opposite Kata Beach Resort, then this is the place I'm reviewing. If it's not, please head to the Andaman Coffee place directly opposite Kata Beach Resort. Judging from previous reviews, the seafood and meat dishes must be badly done. Fortunately for us, we had all no-meat,... More

We ate here two years ago and the food and service was great! Was looking forward to a meal again here last night but everything about our dinner was a let down. Forgot one of our meals, when it finally came out it was much smaller than the same meals we had already received and seafood was overcooked and chewy.... More

Avoid! Over priced, under cooked seafood and bad service. Went for dinner and had to give back the cooked shrimp salad. It was a warm dish hence the shrimp must be cooked. It was partially cooked and the reason they gave me was that the shrimp is frozen so they cannot cook it well. WTH excuse is that??! Serving size... More

I have lived in Thailand for 9 years and this was the worst restaurant that I've been to. We went because it was busy, but very quickly we realised this was a mistake. 10 min to order drinks. Starters came and the prawns in tempura batter were straight out a packet. We were not even finished our starters and the... More
