The restaurant at Moyyan has a large, covered deck that reaches over the beach with uninterrupted views over azure waters to outer islands. On special occasions, tables are set on the beach, under the protection of the ancient trees. Focussing on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, the menu at Moyyan is a fusion of flavours and styles. Lunches feature mouth-watering burgers, our famous seafood pie, zingy salads of local vegetables and lighter options. For dinner, with candles lit and the waves gently lapping, the atmosphere changes a notch and relaxes into stress-free, unhurried dining. Locally caught fish and seafood, and prime Santo beef feature strongly in our menu. Breads, cakes, jams and condiments are lovingly made in house. A specially selected wine list, interesting cocktail menu and choice of local and imported beers from The Fare' Out Bar complement your meal. The restaurant and bar are open all afternoon for coffee and cake, or maybe a cocktail and a snack. Restaurant guests are invited to swim and snorkel from our beach. To avoid disappointment, bookings are strongly recommended

We stayed here for 12nights and my favourite part of the day was dinner time! We loved the Chilli Mussels, the Garlic Prawns, the Santo Beef with Mushroom/Pepper sauce, and the delicious 'poulet' fish! Doreen the cook was fantastic, and Cam the chef/manager amazed us with his duck and pork belly creations! The views and service are just sensational!

We just wanted to say thank you to Jus and Cam for the most wonderful holiday at Moyyan and the delicious food at their restaurant Espiritu House. So glad we took the food and accommodation package. We have holidayed in Vanuatu before and found that the food prices really added up. The entertainment was a bonus and the view to... More

The location of this restaurant (part of the Moyyen House by the Sea resort) is absolutely stunning. We had lunch here a couple of times, and personally i think coming for lunch is better than dinner, because you get to look at the stunning blue bay from the lovely decking area. In fact sitting there until sunset to move onto... More

What a pleasant surprise we had from our first lunch meal here with over ten choices of dishes which we almost tried each one over the course of a number of visits. The moyyan burger is absolutely deilicious and the caper ailoi that's comes with the calamari is so good I ordered it again with fries! The poulet with almonds... More
