Description: Highlights of our menu include the freshest Oysters in Santo, which we harvest daily from Oyster Island of course! Our lobster, crab, and poulet fish dishes are second to none in the region. We serve only 100% Organic Santo beef, which is world renowned for its tenderness and succulent flavour. Other favourite dishes include Spiced Coconut Prawns and Lime Pan-Fried Scallops. Chef Tasso’s French style influence is also highlighted in his passion for luscious desserts.

Head across for the Sunday buffet (starts about 1pm I think). The pizzas are also awesome on other days, so it's a great idea to visit a few times.

The food here is great as are the cocktails. One thing about visiting Vanuatu is the meals are plentiful and this restaurant is no different. Beautiful food, beautiful people, beautiful location.

We arrived on BBQ night which was a great time including the usual string band but this one danced as well! Not much else for yachties and not that economical on other nights.

We went to oyster island initially to be able to kayak to the matevulu blue hole. Ht staff there are great and courteous. Upon our return from the blue hole, we decided to have a meal there. They serve great delicious meals at a reasonable price, and the chef even made menu changes as we requested. They also have island... More

Lovely looking restaurant with tables around the island so you can sit outside and enjoy the views. Only stayed for some dessert but it was quite nice at a reasonable price. We stopped here after kayaking to the blue hole, highly recommend it!

We visited here 2 years ago for my 50th birthday and were so taken by it's quiet beauty we went back last year for partners 50th. The bungalows are simple and very basic and completely beautiful, all you really need for your island experience. The restaurant is wonderful and we were served beautiful food by the happiest and most beautiful... More

We stopped at Oyster Island Resort for lunch while driving up the coast of Espiritu Santo from Luganville. Set on its own small island, the resort’s private little barge ferries guests to and from the mainland in minutes. As our boat approached the little island, we could see a stretch of beautiful white sand charmingly dotted with little coconut and... More

We visited for lunch. I had a pizza and my wife the fish. Service was friendly but slow. The food was OK but nothing that would entice you back. The table by the water was lovely though.
