We only spent the day here. We were a group of 6, had a lovely lunch and drinks and then used the pool and did some awesome snorkeling. If you come here please bring your snorkeling gear there is some colorful fish under the jetty that you might want to check it out. Pool area is lovely , so relaxing... More

Great variety of food, which included a huge whole reef fish; Vanuatu beef, kebabs, a lot of other dishes and lovely salads, all in a very nice venue. Good value for money.

We had three nights at Oyster Island in August and it was very pleasant, however after 3 nights we were ready to move on. The resort is very pretty and picturesque, the fares lovely, private with beautiful water views, staff were nice. There is limited things to do without going on a day trip somewhere as the island is very small... More

The restaurant was crowded for sunday buffet. The customers included scantily clad swimmers from the beach and vacationers from the bungalows. Nothing fancy but the food was good with a selection including 3 meats and about 10 sides. Felt almost like a church potluck with a few mystery dishes.

Peaceful day, interesting snorkling over the remnants of a WW2 fighter, and excellent buffet on the beach.

The food here was interesting, well presented and definitely good value for money. The pizzas are some of the best I have ever eaten and and the Cheeky Mango Chicken and Santo Blanket were tasty, succulent and thoroughly enjoyable. The only variable seems to have been the change of chef at the end of the week of our stay, after... More

well worth the trip, good staff and lovely location. would have loved to have done one of the boat trips from this location but no time left. not sure how welcoming they were to the locals we had with us. we were paying for all, so service should have been the same. n.b: this is a historical review - things... We stood on the other side of the beach at the Mango Resort and enjoyed day stays on Oyster Island. The manager couple was very welcoming, came to pick us up by boat (free of charge). At the time being the resort is being sized up and will be probably finished by now. The restaurant is nice, food good and... More

We had the famous Sunday buffet and it was delicious and unpretentious. Lots of fresh veggies, fish and the famous chocolate beef ribs. Next time we visit Santo we would like to stay on Oyster Island. Beautiful small island with stunning reefs to snorkel and lots of kayak trips are being planned. The owners and staff is gracious and friendly.... More
