Chocolate ribs were special but all the food was nicely presented and tasty. The sweet was a cream and sponge roll. When I asked for some fruit they brought out a yummy fresh fruit salad. It is especially good you combine your buffet lunch with a canoe( canoe hire is then free) paddle from the resort to the Matevulu blue... More

We came here to hire a canoe and go to a local blue hole. They were very friendly and supplied us with snorkle gear and a good kayak. The directions to a local sunken ww2 plane didn't pan out, so perhaps you need to ask them to guide you there, but the paddle up the creek to the nearby blue... More

Firstly they pick you up on a little barge and you take a 5 minute ride over to the island. The sun was full on shining and the chef was behind the buffet table handing out beautifully cooked local fish ans fresh salads. Then we wander over to the BBQ for some local beef. BTW the local beef in Vanuatu... More

We stayed here for 7 days and it was a bit of a chore to eat at the restaurant. Very average fish, burgers, curries, pizza etc. really disappointing selection of seafood. Buffet was super unimpressive - thin steak like beef jerky, dry fish and cheap salads. No prawns or oysters even?! Do not even attempt to get a nzd$14cocktail (although... More

The four of us had lunch after a kayak trip to the blue hole. The kayaks were in good condition and about $27 AU for a double. Friendly staff and cold beers were appreciated on our return. The lunch was good and the vegetarian options were appreciated. Bang the drum to call for the ferry across to the island.

We only spent the day here. We were a group of 6, had a lovely lunch and drinks and then used the pool and did some awesome snorkeling. If you come here please bring your snorkeling gear there is some colorful fish under the jetty that you might want to check it out. Pool area is lovely , so relaxing... More

Great variety of food, which included a huge whole reef fish; Vanuatu beef, kebabs, a lot of other dishes and lovely salads, all in a very nice venue. Good value for money.

We had three nights at Oyster Island in August and it was very pleasant, however after 3 nights we were ready to move on. The resort is very pretty and picturesque, the fares lovely, private with beautiful water views, staff were nice. There is limited things to do without going on a day trip somewhere as the island is very small... More

The restaurant was crowded for sunday buffet. The customers included scantily clad swimmers from the beach and vacationers from the bungalows. Nothing fancy but the food was good with a selection including 3 meats and about 10 sides. Felt almost like a church potluck with a few mystery dishes.
