Had a week skiing with my son at half term in Folgarida and we had dinner in La Buca twice during the week. Had the Americana steak (think I've remembered that correctly) which I have to say was the best steak I can remember eating in a long time....hence the second visit. I wouldn't say the service was slow at... More

Great place to stop after a hard days skiing and we did, often. We were treated to free focacia when we ordered a few beers and often stayed to sample the pizza menu, which was vast or the pasta, also very good. We also tried the mixed grill, which was very tasty. Often busy at peak times, the staff will... More

We went for dinner one evening whilst staying in a hotel in Folgarida. Whilst the service is a little slow the food is freshly made. We only had pizzas which were very tasty and plenty of toppings. The best Pizzas, great friendly service, not bad prices, only 50 metres from the gondola so you pop in at lunchtime. One of the best reasons to go back to Folgarida, they should become consultants to some of the hotels and teach them a thing or two about fresh food!

Fabulous food and excellent value. The pizzas were the best anywhere. Also loved the ravioli. Just below the Folgarida cable car, leave your skis at the cable and it is just 1 minute walk. It is well worth it. I wish we could find restaurants like this in the UK!
