We have a weekend house just a stone's throw away from Paseo de Sta. Rosa and we were told that there was a Japanese restaurant in one of the buildings in the commercial complex. We first tried this restaurant late last year and availed of its set meals. We were pleasantly surprised with the taste, presentation, size and price of... More

If you want a variety of Japanese food and have a japanese dining experience this is the place to be. Their complimentary tea is just perfect, their tonkatsu set is just close enough to an authentic japanese cuisine. The crew is also so friendly and very approachable and the place is kid friendly too, free candies for those cute kiddos.

My go-to place when craving for Japanese food. The dining area could get cleaner, though. Hopefully the kitchen area, where those delicious and fresh sashimis are prepared, is kept sanitary.

Visited Ryuma for dinner because we heard from friends that the food is authentic and you can get good value for money. Well, I may agree that food tastes good, but nothing really to rave about. But the service was really below average. When we arrived, a waitress took our orders. We were 4 in the group. One was served... More

we went to Ryuma craving for some ramen. For myself, I ordered Pirikara ramen which was apparently very spicy. It was actually much spicier than I thought it would be. Serving size was generous. Anyway, Ryuma is at Paseo de Sta. Rosa. The Ryuma restaurant has a smoking and a non-smoking area. On display inside near the entrance are some... More

There is no restaurant like Ryuma! The owners seems to have thought of everything to help make the customer experience delightful and full of value. First of all the place is marvelously put together with all kinds of interesting and eclectic Japanese design elements. The biggest section of the restaurant has all marble tables with Ancient Japanese Fighting Armor in... More
