Great food, pet friendly

Pet friendly restaurant, pets can sit inside at the front of the restaurant. They are given a bowl of water and made to feel very welcome. Food is always good.

Very experienced owners and always busy. Book at weekends. Nice wine selection. Nicely sited and music on occasions.

Me and my girlfriend had the most beautiful dinner at this restaurant served by Margaret, an absolutely lovely woman who really made the whole experience, it was like she was in her own home looking after us she was so attentive. An excellent dining experience which will be repeated very soon!

My wife and I visited twice in a week. Great spot for lunch with a very extensive menu. I had the Chicken Stack which was delicious. Our second visit was for Sunday lunch which was excellent. I had the beef with all the Sunday roast trimmings. Very filling and full of flavour. Recommended.

We had a nice visit here recently. I had the pheasant trio special. The pheasant and sausage were very good, but the pigeon breast was a wee bit over done. My wife had the chicken which was good, especially with the risotto ("best I've ever had"). Presentation was excellent and dessert was also very good! Great atmosphere and service.

his is my local when I am home in Ireland. Its got super friendly staff, a great atmosphere and a wide selection of beers and wines, not to mention one of the best pub restaurants in Ireland - honestly. You can also have a room upstairs for the night if you cant make it home and they have one available... More

We have eaten here every time we visit Northern Ireland for the last few years and it is always very good. The location is really nice by the harbour, there is a great choice of food which has never disappointed us and the atmosphere and service are always first rate. Prices are very reasonable too. I would recommend to all... More

Visited on 1st December 2015 for a family dinner. The starters and mains were excellent. Very happy we took our daughter and her husband there. They will take an outstanding review of it back to Glasgow.

Returned with friends on a Saturday night for dinner, they had never been and really enjoyed the food. We started with a fish platter between us which was excellent, I followed it with a lamb dish done three ways, one was lamb sweetbreads which I had never had before and this was really tasty. For sweet I had one of... More

My daughter and I had dinner in this restaurant last night and we enjoyed absolutely everything about our evening. From the minute we arrived until we left all the staff we came in contact with were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The service was attentive without being overwhelming or intrusive, a hard balance to get right. We are both lactose... More
