Felt extremely welcomed

Visited here yesterday with my partner and 2 Golden Retrievers for dinner. Had never eaten here before and chose it as it was pet friendly and as it was such a warm night did not want to leave the dogs in the car. Having never brought a dog with me for something to eat I felt uneasy but I must... read more

Have been going to Pier 36 for years but this is the first review of it I have posted. Last there two weeks ago and the food, service and ambience were all great as usual. Would definitely recommend!

I'm now 26 years old and have been going to Pier 36 since I went there for my 18th Birthday family meal. Since that day, every occasion I have been it had been amazing. Recently I've been going more and more despite living in Holywood it is well worth the drive, even with the amount of good restaurants in my... More

Such a wonderful experience. 4 members of our family visited Pier 36 on date night 19th June. From you enter the door the atmosphere is electric and every member of staff is Courtois, welcoming and passionate about their work. The menu is extensive and complemented by a fantastic selection of wines that cater for the most discerning palette. The service... More

Decided late on Saturday to try and get a table for 4. Glad we did, place was very busy. Got a nice table. Staff were very pleasant. Good menu to choose from, we decided for the steak meal for 2. First class. Would Highly recommend it. Stayed on for a few drinks after. And the staff arranged a taxi for... More

The food here is lovely, and the service is very polite. On one visit I even watched a member of staff help pump up the tyre on a lady's pram which had a flat one!! Nothing is too much trouble, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy. We enjoy Sunday lunches here any time we see in donaghadee. It is... More

Well, the Thursday 'boys night out' club found itself in Donaghadee last night and we opted for Pier 36, I had been here years ago and it was good then and if I'm being completely honest, better now. We (4 of us) all had 3 courses and it was flawless. Nothing was any trouble for the staff, fast efficient service... More

We went here last night as part of a large tour group and this place is fantastic. The owners and staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location is the best at this small seaside village, the food was great and the beer was cold. I would recommend anyone go here if your passing through Donaghadee.... More
