Sunday Lunch

Lovely small restaurant in the Luberon. We saw how popular it was mid-week on a passing visit and made a reservation for the following Sunday (it's not very big so reservations essential). Great food (€42 menu) and a very enjoyable lunch.

It was a beautiful autumn day in the Luberon. The drive is spectacular and the destination a perfect picture village. You have to book at this tiny place very well in advance and for a good reason. they have a tiny terrace too but yesterday we ate inside. The interior is stylish but under-stated and the welcome was professional but... More

Delphine and Olivier, with their happy helpers, always provide us with an excellent and delicious experience whatever time of year. We are very lucky to live so close to this restaurant. Seasonal produce always presented beautifully and originally. One negative - they are very busy so sometimes difficult to get in!! My fault for always calling last minute.

This restaurant and chef has had great reviews supported by him gaining a Michelin star but I have to report this was the most disappointing experience I have had in a restaurant of this standard. We choose to eat alacarte rather than taking one of the "menus" being offered, thinking this would give us a better opportunity to experience the... More

If you have any idea what it takes to earn a Michelin star then you need to eat at this restaurant. I visit France once a year and stay at my friends home which just happens to be up the street from this wonderful restaurant. The food is beyond an experience and the ambiance and settin are truly fantastic. I've... More

We went July 3013, but posting was a problem, I'm catching up from my notes. Recommended by friends for lunch, this 3 star jewel is hidden in Ansouis, and go if you can. It's subtle, it's family run, it is worth the experience. We ran into people from out west, who travel immensely and were retired, we felt smart as... More

Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful area. Lovely atmosphere. Great service. The food was outstanding in taste and presentation. Extremely good value. Would happily eat there every day. A must to eat at and a must to book in advance.

Its the kind of place you want to keep a secret, but the restaurant deserves the fame, and my fellow tripadvisors deserve a pay back :) The food is a wow, fresh ingredients, symphony of tastes. Its not the kind of weird gourmet that only few can tolerate, its hearty gourmet that everyone will love. Service was good, the experience... More

Friends from Aix - one of them a local girl from Ansouis - invited us to this place when I asked them to take us somewhere special for 14 juillet. The restaurant did not disappoint, simply one of the best meals I ever had in France and a huge change from all the mediocre restaurants in Aix-en-Provence. Service very friendly... More

Exceptional value at €28 for an absolutely lovely lunchtime meal. The flavours of Provence were combined in every plate and we found interesting textures and aromas in very mouthful. Dining capacity is mall (12 on the terrace overlooking Luberon fields, perhaps 20 or so inside) so be sure to reserve. Service is friendly but a little inconsistent, with Delphine clearly... More
