After being told that The Minnis have stopped serving food on the hottest day of the year at 1:45. Which was ridiculous they clearly could not cope. We attended Curiously Kentish..... Attentive host and the food was served quick and was so tasty.... The best club Sandwich I have ever had. Very pleasant place. Will definitely be recommending and attending... More

The food here really has to be seen and tasted to be believed! Everything is home-made from home-grown and home-cured ingredients. The scotch-eggs are the size of tennis balls, and are a meal in themselves!

Beautiful deli opened in Birchington. Lovely interior, selection of home made buys and fantastic breakfast - never had such quality bacon. Pleased I purchased some pasta sause and pesto as made a great tasty easy dinner tonight! A must visit!

The food was not only fantastically delicious but extremely reasonable, Service was outstanding with a lovely chilled and relaxed atmosphere , being surrounded by the passionately home made smoked and deli products was an added bonus and a foodies heaven :))

We had lunch here recently and thought it was excellent. We had a curious platter and a Cuban sandwich - the food was delicious. Good atmosphere and attentive staff too - we'll be back!

I have been twice in one week! The new deli is amazing, I have had breakfast on both of my visits and brought lots of curiously Kentish produce, inc freshly made bread, pork pies, smoked chicken! There pasta sauces are a real hit with the family and so is there tomato sauce. Would recommend a visit!

A new little gem for Minnis Bay. In amongst the row of shops just before you get to glorious Minnis Bay the Curiously Kentish Deli and Cafe is a delicious and distracting new enterprise. Using wild foraged foods as well as fabulous salamis, cheeses, their own smoked goods the chicken is fab. French style there is one hot dish of... More

This new enterprise is a brainchild & spin-off from Jason Freedmans VERY successful "Minnis Bar & Restaurant" ,just down the road on the bay-front. Jason & Kevin Faux have branched out into producing some wonderful home made sauces ,chutneys, smoked foods etc ,all from local ingredients as far as possible ..
