This place was maybe the most charming and interesting restaurant we visited while in Seychelles.... laid-back vibes with a distinct beach-hippy-slightly European feel, they had an excellent array of options on the buffet. BBQ pork, chicken, fish and beef were great, but the veggies are what stood out. A fusion of trendy healthy food options with creole flavours, including several... More

Great fusion of Creole and international buffet dishes, always super-fresh, well cooked and well presented. Exceptionally welcoming atmosphere, home made cakes for afters and terrific BBQ.

Went there for dinner. It's all-you-can-it buffet style food. You also get pork, chicken and fish on the barbecue. The owner is the chef behind the barbecue. Very friendly guy. The food is good - though too salty (seems to be common on the island...). It's completely overpriced but that seems to be quite the way on this island. The... More

I normally give buffet food a miss but this buffet was really good and tasty. so many different choices - salads, different local vegetables, soups, grilled fish and chicken. Would definitely recommend and definitely one of the better restaurants in Anse Volbert.

The only reason why I decided to post a review here is because I honestly feel fooled by other chockingly positive comments. Let's be clear, this is a tiny restaurant with a poor buffet. If I'm nice you could argue that the place has some local charm but I feel very generous when I say that as the food was... More

I usually avoid buffet dinners, especially when they are part of all inclusive hotels. This one was recommended to us by a local as good relation of price/value. We gave it a try and indeed it was a very good way to try many different local recipes, such as breadfruit, local fruits as a salad and combined with other local... More

Tasty dinner with great grilled fish! Big buffet with plenty of dishes: smoked fish salad (amazing), vegetables, soups, mixed salads.....and grilled chicken, lamb and fish. Good service by a friendly staff. Reasonable price: average 35-40€ depending on drinks. Strongly recommended!

We usually avoid buffets but decided to make an exception. Wide selection of yummy salads and the BBQ meat and fish (chicken, beef, snapper and shark) was delicious - best fish we've had so far. Nice atmosphere, all tourists but good crowd and background music. 425 rupees per person includes a small plate of dessert so quite good value and... More

We first visited this restaurant 10 years ago on our last trip to the Seychelles . On our last trip we really enjoyed the meal at Les Lauriers, a buffet barbecue so decided to try it again on our recent return trip. The owner catches his own fish daily an there is an excellent choice of salads and meat. He... More

We are staying in a Luxurious hotel but wanted to experience a local restaurant serving local food. This restaurant ticks all these boxes. We had an amazing BBQ, the food was outstanding and the price very reasonable compared to our hotel. The people were very friendly and welcoming. If you are staying in a hotel complex then I strongly recommend... More
