It's a very charming place - nice atmosphere, warm welcome and good service. And the food is very good. We tasted almost everything the buffet provided and it was tasty. The fish and meat barbecue was excellent. The price per person for the buffet is 425 rupees.

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant in the last week of our 1 month trip to the Seychelles and regretted not going there sooner! The food was excellent and all of the meat on the BBQ is prepared right there in front of you by a guy called Edwin who goes out and catches the fish fresh that day.... More

We had a very good dinner in this restaurant. As starters we enjoyed the smoked fish and the zucchini that were really good. As main course we had The fish soup (absolutely delicious) and the fish BBQ. The cost was almost 30 € each, that is not that much compared with other restaurants in Anse Volbert. I would recommend this... More

Excellent Creol BBQ food and a very attentive service. You need to book in advance and be patient. Please note they open at 19:30 (a bit late in our opinion)

We really enjoyed a couple of dinners at this tasty restaurant. Very caring, the owners will take care of you. we started with a delicious buffet with fresh vegetables and fish. There is plently of choice for all the tastes. As a main course, we can choose either meat or fish, grilled by Edwin. woth a bit of luck, the... More

This place was maybe the most charming and interesting restaurant we visited while in Seychelles.... laid-back vibes with a distinct beach-hippy-slightly European feel, they had an excellent array of options on the buffet. BBQ pork, chicken, fish and beef were great, but the veggies are what stood out. A fusion of trendy healthy food options with creole flavours, including several... More

Great fusion of Creole and international buffet dishes, always super-fresh, well cooked and well presented. Exceptionally welcoming atmosphere, home made cakes for afters and terrific BBQ.

Went there for dinner. It's all-you-can-it buffet style food. You also get pork, chicken and fish on the barbecue. The owner is the chef behind the barbecue. Very friendly guy. The food is good - though too salty (seems to be common on the island...). It's completely overpriced but that seems to be quite the way on this island. The... More

I normally give buffet food a miss but this buffet was really good and tasty. so many different choices - salads, different local vegetables, soups, grilled fish and chicken. Would definitely recommend and definitely one of the better restaurants in Anse Volbert.

The only reason why I decided to post a review here is because I honestly feel fooled by other chockingly positive comments. Let's be clear, this is a tiny restaurant with a poor buffet. If I'm nice you could argue that the place has some local charm but I feel very generous when I say that as the food was... More
