During our stay on the Island Skiathos we visited this restaurant 4x, the first time without reservation because we just thought that it looked nice from outside and it was excellent!! We got the impression that there were a lot of Stammgäste/regulars/repeater.... and we tried a second time without reservation, but then we had to wait for about an hour,... More

I have recently returned from a 7 night stay in Skiathos with my fiancé. Of the 7 nights we were staying in Troulos, we ate at Salt and Pepper 5 evenings. The venue is beautiful, lots of varied seating by the bar to chose from either in the sun or shade as well as in the restaurant. The staff were... More

You need to book but you may occasionally get lucky without a booking. Considering the quality of service and food this is a very reasonably priced restaurant.

We had been recommended to try this restaurant so we walked from the Princess Hotel one morning (bus stop 16 to bus stop 18) to have a look at it and to book. When we got there the owner was watering the garden and as we liked the look of it we decided to book. The proprietor was very helpful.... More

Had a great meal here. The food is served a bit differently than the other local restaurants. The waiters carefully explain each dish you order. I had the best swordfish (fresh) I've ever tasted, others had lamb and king prawns - all good. Nice atmosphere and loads of mozzie coils about to keep those at bay

Nice restaurant with a modern twist on Greek food. Excellent service. Could have lived without the indifferent musical duo.

My rating of 5 excellents says it all. This is a professional restaurant with an owner who really knows how to make you feel like a guest. Even if you are on a tight budget you should dine here at least once it will make your holiday. If only all restaurants in the UK had these standards. Overall we thought... More

Fresh quality food with most of the vegetables and fruit from their own garden. Lamb sourced from local farmers and a great modern spin on the 70's Black Forest Gateaux. 2 excellent meals great service and so passionate about their food and great to get away from the ever increasing busy and average food in Skiathos Town. Two memorable meals.

I have eaten twice at this lovely restaurant in Troulos in Skiathos. It's a definate must and the service is superb. They produce their own red wine and it compliments the food that they serve. I would go back time and time again. The proprietor is very knowledgeable and so efficient. Lovely atmosphere

We we're recommend to salt and Pepper by friends who failed to get in the previous night due to the restaurant being fully booked. All four of us went the next night after successfully booking. What lovely owners and staff, the food was wonderful and the service was impeccable, in fact we were SO impressed we went back the next... More
