It's a long walk out to GiGis , but the food it worth it. Some of the best seafood I have ever had. Service is OK but I can excuse this because they are always busy. The restaurant is tiny and they will try and find a place for you. Despite what other reviewers have said, we did not have... More

Whilst staying at the Four Seasons Country Club, (also a very special place) we stopped by on the last day of our holiday for what we hoping was going to be a lunch to be remembered. And it most certainly was! This restaurant serves every kind of fish, from sea bass to king prawns. My dish especially was nice -... More

Very expensive but everything is good. Smell, view, atmosphere, service. And the food - beautiful. Don't take young children though, its too busy.

This place is the best for fish and seafood. Views are also great and the service is fast. The music was too loud for my taste and the whole experience was a bit hectic but WHO CARES! They serve the best carabineiros I have ever tasted! The price tag: 126euros per kilo, we had 4 for less than 90euro. Not... More

Stopped in for a glass of wine on Sunday afternoon just as they were closing up and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Drinks were brought, music left on and we sat and enjoyed the fabulous views over the Rio Formosa - will be back for food soon.

the location is good just by the beach with a few tables indoors and many outside overlooking the Ria. The fish is so fresh and great variety, the wine is good and so is the service. You need to book as it is so busy every day particularly in the season. Opens around12 noon and closes 5pm. No evening meals.... More

Don't go to Gigi's expecting any bargains, everything here is pricey. And the service can be patchy, especially at busy times. But with those caveats out of the way, I have to say Gigi consistently serves the best seafood around. I've been here once a year for several years now, and I'm already looking forward to next year's prawn curry... More

Fresh fish, busy and a local hang out for the villa owners close by. Food is freshly prepared, simple and tastes great BUT be prepared to pay for it. This place is expensive, over priced for ultimately what you get. Enjoy the food but check out you want to spend this much on your lunch before you sit down otherwise... More
