Good meal - good service

We enjoyed a good traditional Greek meal in a busy and welcoming taverna. The wonderful owners are eager to receive constructive criticism and chat with familiar faces. If you have designs on trying the Kleftiko, take their advice and call to reserve your portion. We enjoyed an unusual... read more

Good food, good service and an excellent view overlooking the marina at Batsi, Andros. A very extensive menu, some dishes better than others. Nothing extraordinary but a good family restaurant.

Excellent taverna. Both fish and meat plates are individual and delicious. Unless you try fresh fish you will not pay a lot. The balcony with sea view is an excellent choice for your dinner but there are limited tables there. Service is very good.

This was back in May 2013 (didn't have an option for 2013 below) The waiter tried to cheat us into selling us a very cheap fish for a very expensive one... Never going back there. The atmosphere is stuffy inside and although it stays open in the winter (not many restaurants in Batsi do) we are never going back.

We order the famous lobster spaghetti, green salad with parmigiana, cheese pie, and a traditional grilled souvlaki. The only problem we had at the end of the night was that our stomachs are not big enough !!!!!! Personally, I have a long experience with restaurants all over Europe and Mid East, and I am not an easy customer. Really surprised... More

We came here to dine during our first night in Batsi. There is a terrace with a view on the port, but there was no table avaible so we got a table in the street between the two buildings of the restaurant which is not a bad option. Overall the food was in the average. My girlfriend had a souvlaki... More

All very good, you can eat on the terrace overlooking the sea or in the typical greek street outside the restaurant. Family run restaurant since 1965.
