We visited this restaurant three times, because it was the best in Batsi. Good service, very nice view from the veranda and very good food. If you like lamb I will strongly recommend their Country Lamb, it was really delicious.

very good restaurant, with friendly and polite service. the food was excellent with traditional Cycladic greek cuisine plates. Wine list good for the size of the restaurant. Great balcony with a view to the beautiful port of Batsi, especially at night. Highly recommended!

We visited Stamatis for lunch and sat on the veranda with a fantastic view over the bay. Our food was very good - we had the stuffed courgettes with egg and lemon sauce and taramasalata. Both dishes were freshly made, the taramasalata was devoid of any pink colouring & was delicious & the courgettes were stuffed with meat & rice... More

Having visited Batsi for many years I can say that my recent visit to Stamatis was the worse eating experience I have ever had there ! Cremated lamb cutlets not fit for a dog, cold tasteless chips , poor service and all over priced ! Whats more everywhere in Greece you are given a receipt at the time your food... More

Having visited family on the island for thirty years, we are now all feeling decidedly queasy and ripped off. Rude waitresses, stale beetroot, leathery burnt lamb, chewy rice, watered down wine, and €65 Euros for the pleasure. Will not be returning - worst meal here since 1984. Go to Stivari Gardens or next door to Oti Kalo which are both... More

Totally touristic tavern. The food was awful. The prices too high for the quality of food. My food came 20 min after the food of the other people and was just pasta( non cooked well by the way)

We visited this restaurant because of the good reviews in tripadvisor. It was the worst food experience in Andros. The food was cold and the fish was not fresh. The service was terrible and at the end we paid 20 euros pp, one of the most expensive bills we had to pay in our stay in Andros. I will not... More

Good avrage food but not impressed. The prices is okey. The bread and olive oil was the best. Starters was tasty, but not correct-aubergine dip should not.have aubegine in big pieces. Rucolla salad great-but expencive. The mousaka was homemade, but to little meat and no spices. The lamb in filopastry was dry with only cheese...should had been baked with vegtables-avrage... More

Nice atmosphere and service. Reasonable prices even for fresh fish. The people were really polite and the food came on the right time! The view is a must.

Enjoyed our dinner last night. Appetizers were served with a fair amount of time between them and dinner. Did not feel rushed and truly loved every bite. We liked that the bill is tucked into a leather portfolio on the table before we received our food. If you ever had to wait for a check in Greece, you would appreciate... More
