Excellent but need a little patience

The breakfast buffets were excellent. A tremendous variety and done well. Sitting outside was nice. The food at dinner was also excellent. My wife and I ordered the same pasta dish and it was so good we both ordered it again two nights later. We like to linger at dinner but the restaurant pushed... read more

Breakfast was great! Beautiful views and very attentive staff. Loved the coupons we got at check in that saved us 50% per person on the cost for breakfast.

...but, this is perhaps the worst hotel restaurant in which I've ever eaten. Dinner items, including bland pea/mint vichyssoise and mushy over cooked vegetables, bordered on inedible. Though the $40/person breakfast buffet was initially discounted 50% due to IHG Club status (and later "comped" due to other issue at the hotel), nothing monetary could have made the slop that was... Breakfast buffet was a bit "iffy" - nothing tasted all that good. We had the "wok lunch" was better than the breakfast. Dinner was best. We ate two dinners there - one was their chicken salad which was large and excellent - the other was spaghetti with excellent meat sauce.

Food at the buffet was really good and the show was very entertaining. Price was high but that is part of being in the South Pacific.

It was great food - the breakfast buffet was overwhelming and yummy! Some items were overpriced, but that seems to be the case with some resorts. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the IC and ate Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at this restaurant. The Breakfast buffet was reasonable. I expected better fruit options. The chef needs to learn how to make Omelettes. The lunch and dinner was decent and the service was okay.

We stayed in Intercontinental hotel and went to this restaurant twice for breakfast and once for lunch. Breakfast was good, great selection, but extremely expensive $40/person I think is too much for breakfast. Lunch was less then average, nothing special, not even a piece of salad with the grilled chicken(dry!) sandvich and very expensive too. Dinner buffet $97/person, no drinks... More
