Le Lotus is set in a quiet location at the far end of the Intercontinental resort. The restaurant is small and intimate set inside two cylindrical tiki covers--open air. There are beautiful views of Moo'rea, fish swimming in lighted open waters and light splash of waters. Our service was excellent covered by ambitious and attentive young man and woman. They... More

The Tahitian vanilla infused olive oil was an unexpected treat. The seafood was fresh and well-prepared. We had wonderful dinner.

Found the staff very disorganized and slow. Food was average at best. Had the chance to go back on our return and chose not too.

We went to Lotus for dinner, we were a group of 5 and we had the 3 course menu. It took 3 and a half hours to be done with dinner since the kitchen was so slow. The setting is very nice and the food was good, not outstanding though.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, upon a return to Tahiti capping off a Bora Bora honeymoon. We tried The Lotus Restaurant for lunch and were one of the few tables that had people seated at them. (The restaurant was fairly empty because no cruise ships were in town...and this was a blessing.) Our waitress was lovely and... More

The restaurant located in InterContinental hotel on the water front. Very nice setting and atmosphere. Because we had 4 hours to spend before the midnight flight back to US, we chose to have dinner there instead of sitting in the airport. We asked taxi drop us off InterContinental from ferry dock only 2000 franc and they would come back to... More

After a cruise on Paul Gauguin, maybe we were too spoiled, but we were disappointed in the service. They were off on their timing of their drinks. We started with an island cocktail, but they were already starting with the courses. Later, they were very slow in bringing our bill after we asked for it. The food presentations was great.... More

Our first meal on Moorea. It was good food although they claim to be the best Chinese on the island, I had the Mahi, Mahi and it was wonderful. Cooked well and spiced perfectly. Would go back no problems. Can pay with CC, US dollars or Local money. If you are going to pay dollars, know the current exchange rate... More

We ate her on the last night before heading back to the states. We had a 4 course prix fixe meal and it was A..amazing! Of course, it was pricey, but what isn't in Tahiti. The veal and filet were so high quality, they cut like butter. The vanilla souffle dessert was the best dessert I have ever had. We... More
