The food here is expensive and fairly average

For the price we pay here, you can get better elsewhere. However, food in Papeete is expensive everywhere. Had a better meal at Jimmys restaurant in downtown Papeete. Waiters/waitresses are nice but do not go out of their way to enhance your dining experience

Very nice restaurant with a great view overlooking the water. Reasonably priced meals, lots of fish, and they serve as much bread as you want with dinner.

Reservation not recorded, seated in back of restaurant where birds "pooped" on our heads twice. Waited hour and Hal to receive entrees and when received, we're not as ordered and quality was awful. Almost walked out of restaurant as entrees arrived.

The grilled Mahi Mahi with vanilla and coconut sauce was to die for. A bit pricey but its worth it. Sunset is around 6 pm so make you reservation accordingly as the view is something to see from the Lotus.

The atmosphere here was incredible, we sat by the water and it was breathtaking. And the food was some of the best food I have ever had. Reasonably priced for a 5 star restaurant.

We did not to expect to enjoy a restaurant at a resort as much as we did this one. Earlier reviews had prepared us for an expensive dinner but we were surprised to find, that although the main dish was above what we would expect to pay in the U.S it was accompanied by dishes compliments of the chef which... It doesn't get much better than this, you really feel like your in Tahiti when your sitting over crystal clear water in a bungalow restaurant receiving 5 star service and superb meals. We went in the evening and were amazed at the stunning setting of this restaurant, it is unique and a must do when in Tahiti. The food was... More

The setting of the restaurant is amazing, it sits over the water and you can see the ocean life just swimming around. It was so cool and breath taking.

Loved the over water location. Watching the fish and sharks swim past was great. Food was absolutely wonderful. As good as anything we've had in Australia in the last couple of years. Wine list ok..prices are typical for French polynesia..more than we expect to pay in Australia. Couple of nice Chilian whites.
