What a find - best meal on the island?

Hotel Guest services mentioned this restaurant to me as one of the best in The Canary Islands and they weren't wrong. I would even go so far as to say it is as good or better than some Michelin starred restaurants I have eaten in. The restaurant is at the side of the main road, not far from Puerto... read more

Fabulous food from a creative and imaginative menu. The passion for creating cullinary delight was evident in every course, and the service was both attentive and impeccable. Without doubt the best place we have eaten in any of the canary islands.

We were just exiting the airport in Lanzarote and found this gemme. Stop with the family for a late lunch. The staff were just so kind, great attention. The place eas really nicely set up and very comfortable. The food was imaginative, even if some were maybe a little bit pretentious ( like the fake green peas). Overall very tasty.... More

When we first went to this restaurant several years ago I would have given it a clean 5 stars. However we have been there many times since and each time it was a little worse. Service is getting slower. The food is still very good, however the menu has not changed in all the years we have known the place... More

We hoped we were in for a gastronomic treat, but what a disaster.Firstly the maitre d'h gave a lengthy speech about the ethos of the restaurant and the philosophy of the chef regarding respect for seasonality, working to preserve the integrity of the island blah blah!! It was really quite demeaning and unnecessary. The service was very slow.We waited one and a... More

This is a really innovative restaurant which produces quite stunning dishes and wines that are local and of the best quality. It has recently been nominated as the best restaurant in the Canaries and I think the chef is well on the way for a Michelin star The ambiance is one of relaxed efficiency with stunning views.

I was really looking forward to going here but was feeling very hungry when I left. We had the tasters menu and although the food was good quality it lacked any quantity. The view and location are good.

The food is great, the service explains the food and tastes and happy to change items on tasting menu to accommodate your needs, This is where the good service stops. The waiters are pre-occupied with delivering service to standards and really ignore the guests or wishes,if they go against there procedures. Americans coffee was requested with milk. They took it... We were staying in the nearby Puerto Del Carmen and wanted to treat ourselves to a really nice meal on our last night. It was a tossup between this or the Amura in Puerto Calero. We chose this one just because it was closest. We went mid week so the restaurant was nice and quiet meaning we had very attentive... More

Interesting and stylish tasting menu with generous wine element. Discreet and solicitous service in surroundings that represent the best of Lanzarote.
