Stands out from the others

Delicious, modern Greek food using local, organic ingredients. Friendly service. It is on a tiny lane with only the sounds of the stream rushing by. Relax in the hammock and enjoy the local red wine! P.S. Don't forget to bring an empty bottle in case you want to buy extra wine to take home!

We had dinner outside. Enjoyed the multi-colored chicken and a pasta with a bottle of red wine. Tasteful, well presented. Service was correct. Not the cheapest restaurant but good quality.

Food was excellent, very friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Will return on our next trip. We had pork and lamb chops - cooked to perfection very tasty.

I like the place the design and the owners.Had a couple of very nice times under the trees or next to the stove.Organic food is superb that in a way explains the high (a little) prices.Strongly recommended to anyone visiting Apokoronas

That place was really the gastronomic highlight of our holidays in Crete. I really enjoyed the menu, nice dish inspirations with local bio products. I would go there every time time I visit Crete! Maybe the portions were quite smaller than expected from the prices but still you could feel the high quality of the ingredients being used. The location... More

Well this place is in an amazing spot, It is cool in the summer because of the running water and the thick shadows of the trees, and it also organizes tastefull evenings with music and several events. I would recomend you to visit it on one of its events, or just for evening coffee (the coffee is good). As for... More

We left the place very dissapointed. It is a nice place, under the trees, but the food was poor. Nice names in the menu, but tastless and small servings. Nothing like Cretan food. They want to offer something different, but when you go to a Cretan village you don t want to have " sweet and sour chicken". Expensive for... More

The food was good, as well as the typical local wine. The service was great, we got several deserts for free. We can highly recommend it!

This restaurant is located only about 20 minutes out of Chania, amidst bubbling brooks and, in the summer, hammocks. Nearly all the produce is organic and the fusion cuisine is a feast for the tastebuds. The interior is large, light and airy, built around a couple of tree trunks, and when the weather is warm, there are tables outside under... More
