Absolutely superb

This was my second visit and if anything, the food was even better than the first visit. A beautiful dining room, which wouldn't look out of place in London, exceptionally professional service, including waiters wearing gloves to place cutlery, wonderful, exquisite food and a great wine list. Located at the apartments of Aquamarina, it has a lovely view at night overlooking a lit pool and the "bay" of Arguineguin. The food is good, a bit too rich for my taste and we found the portions small. Service is ok, friendly but not really genuine.

My hubby booked for my b day. It was great ambient and nice food. The staff was very professional and friendly. It was a great experience. I would defiantly recommend for special occasions. Quite pricy.

Two years ago since I visit and and enjoyed the complete food experience..... La Aquarela delivers big time....and have even improved. The staff is the same and just as friendly as I remember and always taking care of the small details. We had the 6 course meny with wine package....purely Spanish wines and such an exploration of different tastes. An... More

Pool, beach and sunset view. Live piano music of the great type so hard to find. So many waiters I stopped counting, yet helpful, discrete and very very competent. Food just fantastic. Truly gourmet. A precious gem in Gran Canarias endless wilderness of mediocre or even crappy food scene. Saved our holiday! But please ban smoking in the restaurant!

We visited La Aquarela last year and I gave a well-deserved rave review. This time we were a bit disappointed overall. Marks lobster bisque was excellent - better than Que Tal the following evening. I had a Tuna sushi type starter but it was a bit too minimalist. I had a similar starter at Enoteca a couple of days later... More

This is the best restaurant on the island. The food and service is excellent in every aspect. The place is our favorite! Although a bit expensive, it is worth it!

The food was absolutely delicious! The tenderloin was as tender as butter and the chocolate dessert was to die for. So was the caramel-walnut icecream. Service was great!! We'll be back!

First of all you should make a reservation right in time before you plan to visit this restaurant. Otherwise you will not get a table or you only can sit outside. After getting inside you will get seated. When you have taken your seat and have got your menue card and have made your decision a waiter or responsible person... More
