This restaurant was recommended to us, but out of three restaurants we ate at, this was the worst. The staff were friendly enough and the outside seating very pleasant, but our server recommended the lamb, which three out of four of us had. The meat was tough and the cuts unrecognisable. The amount of meat on the bones was sparse... More

Bad luck or a common feature ? We came here as most reports were good. Food itself was ok but our main meal came as we were finishing our starters - there were no other diners at the time. Our bill was given to us before we asked for it and told that our free taxi was waiting. Paid the... More

Warm welcome but pretty empty but for a few locals at the bar and one table outside. Excellent starters, excellent main course but served too quickly, so no room for any desserts. No ambiance and the MOST annoying 'Tyrol' style music most un -Spanish! Good value for money but left without much of a 'goodbye' from waiter nor patron -... More

If you want the best meat in La Gomera look no further. Bad luck if you are a veggie as this is carnivors heaven. Superbly cooked, excellant value and well worth the effort.

Our lunchtime visit was a rather mixed affair - the scenic €20 taxi ride from Playa Santiago took around 15 minutes and first impressions on arrival were not helped by the restaurant being empty at lunchtime other than one other English family. Given that it has great views out to the island of El Hierro the restaurant doesn't make the... More

First we had an excellent coffee here one afternoon. Then we had an excellent lunch another day. Both impressed us so much that we returned for dinner tonight, at the end of our 2 week holiday. The meal was first class, the best we have had during our stay on La Gomera. First there was bread and a special fried... More

What a great restaurant, so very friendly, lovely lovely food, a great choice, nothing was too much trouble, we were made so welcome, we were made to feel part of their restaurant family. We took the option of a taxi service from our apartment in El Balcon de Santa Anna, which was wonderful, the restaurant offered this as part of... More

Four of us went to this little restaurant twice - for lunch and once for dinner. It was very quiet and consequently we had really good service from both the owner and his son. They are very proud of their barbecued lamb and rightly so. We two males tried it and it's absolutely delicious (and a huge portion). The fish... More

On a Sunday it was buzzing with many local Spanish families. Fish was fresh and well-presented.
