This authentic Italian seafood establishment run by Mario Guelfi is a must visit. A true family business it has been a favourite destination for Italians in the know for over 40 years. Set over the water it is totally atmospheric. The food is excellent. Track it down it is a real treat.

Although expensive, this restaurant served quality food cooked perfectly with perfect waiter service. Although it is mainly a seafood restaurant, you can get meat main courses also. We would recommend the lemon sole and the veal in lemon sauce. The desserts are to die for! The setting is by the marina and very beautiful. This is a clean and friendly... More

Da Ciccio has a long tradition of serving the best quality fish and seafood. It is an atmospheric place where you receive a warm welcome from the staff. It is quite expensive, but it is a special place with outstanding food and excellent service. We love it there.

Every time I go to Carrara , I stop at least once to enjoy the seafood and the view of "Bocca di Magra" , where the Magra river blend into the Tirreno sea , with an unforgettable blend of colors. It's a fine "trattoria" with an excellent choice of food and wine , very friendly and courteous staff and an... More

We were advised to try this restaurant as one of the best of the area! The food was actually not bad but to be honest this is far from being one of the best fish restaurants I have ever tried. The first courses were OK but after that – and this I found really unacceptable - I was served a... More

I wouldn't advise to go. Portions were absolutely ridiculous and overall the fish dishes and the so called restaurant specialties weren't great at all. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Not a good value for money. Service not up to the standard of a restaurant where you are asked to spend this much. Don't go if you're hungry!

A very good Italian restaurant. Decent prices. It looks big (and it is) but the service is very personal and the quality of the food is very good!

We just stopped for a quick drink and can highly recommend the fresh orange juice and lemon sorbetto. Prices were reasonable and service was friendly. There is plenty of shade so you can get out of the sun and a mixture of well appointed tables inside and out. We didn't eat but the menu looked varied and everything passing us... More
