Great food and excellent service. A smallish place just off the main road which seems family run. We loved the food (squid, fish and salads) and the service was charming. They look like they have a fine selection of wine - alas, I was driving. Oh well, next time. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Very good food, excellent service, relatively quick. After 2 weeks best resto in this part of Sardinia, would recommend.

On a two week holiday we ate at da Barbara 4 times which I think speaks for itself. On each occasion it was apparent that the vast majority of the customers were locals and regulars which again speaks for itself. The food is not cheap, but seafood never is and it is fresh and well cooked. No fancy sauces just... More

Although the specialty of the restaurant is sea food, my husband and I asked for beef and pork. It was really tasty. I recommend it. The best was the the service, very polite and extremely helpful. We need the internet to find a hotel nearby and, not only they offered the wifi, but they even called the hotel we chose... More

Great food starts with the best ingredients, simply prepared, and let the flavours speak for themselves. The more you fiddle with it or complicate it, the more you lose. Kind of like parenting, where the beauty and joy is already in children, so our job is to get out of the way and interfere too much. This family run restaurant... More

Came here for lunch and it was not great. Food was bland and expensive. Far better food around than this! No atmosphere and can't have a glass of wine as it's in the middle of nowhere...

We are here whilst on holiday. We were a family - 3 teenagers and 2 adults. There isn't really that much to say. It wasn't terrible. The food was ok. Bit amazing, just ok. It was a little more expensive than other places and also quite formal. Our waiter spoke a little English which was helpful but the service was... More

Had another great meal there tonight. The spaghetti con arselle e bottarga is indeed delicious as was the fish. Definitely worth a visit.
