I do like and cook Caribbean food, but the trip to this restaurant has become a must for me on a Sunday. Great roasts, nice wine, good friendly people.

The most delicious and authentic Italian food I have had to date in the Caribbean! You can taste the love and care put into the making of the dishes. The cheescake for dessert was absolutely heavenly. The staff is so warm and friendly. The owners were lovely, down-to-earth folks. I will definitely dine here every time I'm in Tobago.

Cafe Mia adds depth and new meaning to 'casual' and 'unpretentious.' The food is fresh, wonderfully blended, reasonably priced, and is served by a very friendly, courteous, lady. You will be very favorably surprised. If you would like something special and 'off menu' (Lobster anyone?) call ahead a day or so and they will see if what you want can... More

Great food, top notch service, quaint ambience and excellent prices. Seems to be one of Tobago's best kept secrets. A definite must try.

Three meals to die for ? Indi, Marcello and Patrice - they cannot do enough for you. I simply cannot believe any negative comments about such an honest caring establishment as this ! We have tasted fine dining throughout the Far East and the Caribbean as well as the UK ! The food is prepared with love and attention. It... More

I had heard and read so many positive reviews about Caffe Mia that I was determined to find them and try the food on my recent trip to Tobago. However, sadly, my experience did not meet my expectations. I am hoping it was truly an off night, but my starter and my main were both very salty and spoiled the... More

This has to be the best food I have eaten in Tobago and I have eaten some really good food there. We arrived in Tobago on the Sunday and wanted to try Salsa Kitchen but they informed us that they had booked a weeding party for that same day...so we read some reviews and came upon Cafe Mia. From the... More

One of my favourite restauants on this beautiful island. You are always made to feel welcome and the service is prompt, efficient and friendly. The menu is just right; plenty of choice for an evening meal without the fuss and Sunday lunch to die for! A must visit for anyone staing in Tobago. Not far off the main Crown Point... More

After first driving by we almost decided not to stop, but so glad we did. Great Italian treat. Even though the front porch is immediately adjacent to the street, sitting there with surprisingly good food makes for a very pleasant evening. Service is friendly and prompt and we all loved the various pasta specials. Wine list is limited, but the... More
