Breadfruit Bliss .....

Went to Jemma's as part of our Tobago Land Tour. Luckily we had a Tobagan guide who put us straight with a couple of local delicacies. The breadfruit pie OMG, never even heard of breadfruit but this was truely delicious, so much so, I intend trying to find some breadfruit in England, as I... read more

If you have a schedule to make, or you're starving and need to eat quickly, don't go here. Otherwise, relax, look at the beautiful water and prepare to gorge yourself on good Caribbean home cooking.

How appalling !!! After being told to go upstairs and take a seat , we waited 30 minutes !!!! Nobody attempted to serve us. What was worse a lady served a tour party which is obviously where they make their money. There are much better places in Speyside try Franks or the Speyside Inn, the food is better and half... We had a fabulous lunch here at the end of February 2015. We drove over from Arnos Vale especially and were not disappointed - fresh fish with many great flavours. The upper deck of the restaurant is quaint being constructed around a living tree perched on the beach-side and offers great views across to Little Tobago island. It can be... More

Absolutely amazing food! Local specialties. We had fried fish, rice, veggies and the most delicious breadfruit pie. Everything came out on pig plates for everyone to share. The best meal we had during our stay in Tobago. Friendly staff even though it was super busy during lunch. The wait didn’t matter, we had a great time and the view is stunning!

Excellent food excellent service, beautiful location. The restaurant is on the beach, built into a tree. Thirty years ago it was a little cabin, now a very successful restaurant only serving fresh local food.

The restaurant is about an hour's drive from the crown point where most people stay. The restaurant is built around a tree right on the beach and water. The views of the ocean right outside the window while eating is amazing. Its definitely worth it. If you are not driving then you can hire a taxi (most taxis also do... More

For anyone staying in or near Speyside, a visit to Jemma's is a must. You have a choice of main courses and all the sides are served family style. The portions are very generous and the location right on the beach is ideal.

This restaurant will drive you nuts if your in a hurry and can't wait.....so just sit down, lean back and enjoy the view and when the food comes you will be pleasantly surprised. I didn't have any idea what to order so my driver ordered for both of us, the only thing I asked was not too spicy cause I... More
