we frequented The Boat House on a few occasions during our stay in Castara in September, Sharon's food was absolutely delicious the best that we tasted during our stay, her culinary skills are truly amazing. Sharon herself is an amazing lady, very entertaining. The Boat House is an experience not to miss if you are in Castara.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of patronizing The Boat House Restaurant on two separate trips. And most memorably Christmas of 2013. Sharon and her whole crew not only served us fantastic food, but made us feel welcomed and wanted. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for while we lingered on the deck from lunch to... Sharon made us a lovely lunch and looked after us before and after our boat trip as well as ensuring that the gang gave me 1/2 tank of fuel for the car...that was on empty after the drive up from Mount Irvine. Ahem! The setting is simply one of the best in the World.

The place was amazing a little more costly then if you eat in the little local shops but definetly worth it. On wednesday dont miss the drum nights and enter the limbo contest to win some prizes

Really great service, amaaazing food. Very relaxed atmosphere, felt like home. Luckily stumbled upon this hidden gem after a long drive through the breathtaking Tobago rainforest. Lunch (including dessert) for a party of five adults cost less than TT$400, or about £35. The curry-coconut shrimp is definitely a must! It's a short drive from the Castara Bay beach facility, down... More

We ate here twice during our few days in Castara and really enjoyed the food. Service is very friendly and VERY relaxed - fast food this is not! Drum night on a Wednesday is an absolute must for kids and adults alike - delicious Tobagian dishes followed by fantastic drumming and amazing Limbo. How people can manage to limbo under... More

Excellent cooking with exquisite side dishes...makes me want to experiment a bit more at home. Menu changes daily. Good value. Hope that you soon sort out front-of-house staffing as lack of a member of staff to greet makes the place seem, at first, a little unwelcoming.
