Stunning views - well worth a visit!

Shirley Heights embodies an information centre, the Lookout, and the blockhouse. It is a National Park, and the entrance fee was 8USdollars per person, including admission to Nelsons Dockyard - money well-spent! We stayed at Antigua in a villa and chose to experience the restaurants we'd read about and not had chance to visit. Normally we stay in an all inclusive resort so the villa option made a refreshing change. I wanted to experience the Carlisle Bay Hotel (having heard positive reviews) and decided the East restaurant might be a good introduction.... More

The better choice for dinner at the Carlisle Bay. Nice decor and good service and food. Sushi was fresh.

We visited East again last week and was still impressed by the food, service and setting. I love this hotel and think a visit here would be worthwhile, even just for an evening drink at the pool bar.

A somewhat eclectic mix of dishes from Japan, Indonesia and Thailand, all well prepared and presented. Nice ambience, attentive service. A remarkable range of interesting cocktails.

We enjoyed the sophisticated minimal yet exotic ambiance of this restaurant. The service was very friendly and the vast choice of excellent Asian dishes made this restaurant memorable. Highly recommend.

It was very romantic, loved looking at the flames out the window by the entrance. The waiting staff were very kind, gentle and soft spoken, very accommodating and professional. The food was lovely

Super fresh & clean. Surprisingly lots of options. Excellent cocktails. Carlisle Bay Resort had good food in general, but this was the best. Try to book two dinners here during your stay

Loved it all - such a wide choice of beautifully cooked dishes - it was all wonderful, nothing that we disliked at all - couldn't fault it
