Writing this review from Alanis the cafe is neat and clean, service staff speak a good English and very helpful. Pancake is good and well presented, mango cheese cake tasty a bit to hard but acceptable. Coffee is very good prices are not cheap if you compare with other cafe but for the quality you get definitely worth it

The place is nice and staff is friendly. I would give them 5 just because they have soy milk, but even if my frappe and banana pancakes were good, they were not amazing. and the prize us quite high. Wort a visit though!

First of all, the place has no ambience, especially considering all the cool venues there are here on Phu Quoc. It has bright white lights and a awful green and white come scheme. I ordered a coconut coffee frappé. When it was served, the cream on top was like curdled. The taste of the coffee was fine, but the look... More

Excellent pancakes, sandwiches, and coffee. Great staff. They have simple but tasty fare. They use fresh ingredients and give good value for money. The food came quickly. We went for lunch one day and returned the next day to try their breakfast. Those pancakes. Yum.

Coffee was great, but the lunch menu was slim pickings and a bit overpriced. I didn't have the pancakes, though, which I think is what this place is supposed to be about.

Coffee was really good. WiFi worked well and it was very nice to relax in a cool and clean cafeteria. I ate clubsandwich, it was okay but nothig special. The fries which came with the meal tasted nice and crusty. If you want good coffee, this is your place to go.

Found Alanis Cofee Deli as a highly rated cafe on Tripadvisor and Foursquare so wanted to give it a try. While the menu does cater to the Western visitors, it is probably the most expensive breakfast we had on the island. We paid as much as a dinner for a banana pancake, sausage&eggs, one coffee and a juice. Asked for... More

Alanis coffee is a higher caliber cafe compared to most on the island, but they offer great service, and the coffee is excellent. You can get great American breakfast here. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

One of the most expensive breakfasts in Phu Quoc. Looked at the prices then left. Average atmosphere. I don't understand how it is the top 3 on trip advisor.
