A visit to Bliss Cafe is the perfect way to start your day if you're staying in St Lawrence Gap. The service is great and a lot attention is paid to the details. They also make a variety of fresh juices on site that taste absolutely delicious. We visited the cafe twice and tried both sweet and savoury dishes. I... More

This was a wonderful place to relax and have a good breakfast. My wife and I started out most of our days at the Bliss Cafe because we couldn't find a better way to start the day. Great coffee, great food, great prices.

On our last morning in Barbados, my husband, friends and I decided to do something a little different for breakfast. We visited a small restaurant (breakfast / lunch only) a short distance from our hotel. I had stopped for an espresso the day before and had found the staff very friendly. It was definitely worth a closer look! The owners... More

As regular visitors to Barbados, we regularly have an early brunch at this little cafe. Run by a couple from England, everything is freshly prepared including the flatbreads and waffles. Very good food at good value. Occasionally the service is a little slow but, hey, this is Barbados and you are there to chill anyway.

Definitely visit this café for breakfast or lunch if you're in the area. We came here everyday for excellent coffee and a light meal to start the day. The staff is lovely and prices are very reasonable for the Gap area. Don't miss this spot! The iced coffees are excellent on a hot day, highly recommend!

This is a superb little cafe run by a family from London who have returned back to their ancestral home of Barbados. The menu is simply but good value and the food was excellent. The service was 1st class and the owners were more than happy to pass the time of day with you. If your hotel doesn't do breakfast... More

Came here for breakfast on recommendation and was worth it. Really friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was good and tasty. Some breakfast waffle options probably suit a dessert rather than breakfast, but great none the less. Lime with ginger drink was wonderful!
