Went here as we had been told steaks were very good and this was the case the first time we went only 4 people, decided to go back for wife's birthday this time 16 people steaks were not good and not cooked to requested level ie blue, rare, medium etc. Such a shame after first visit. May give it another try.

Found this little gem of a restaurant by chance due to majority of restaurants closed for the season (November 2013). Quite a distant from main restaurants on the beach and is at the top Alaturk Boulevard but a free car service is available. We headed for the signs 'Apollo Temple' and couldn't believe we had to go so close to... More

On a recent visit, we discovered that the lovely lady who owned and ran this restaurant has sadly died and the business has been sold. The restaurant has been changed in fairly minor ways, but the lovely atmosphere has essentially been lost. The musical choice was full on Turkish and actually got a bit depressing as the evening wore on.... More

Visited twice during our recent stay in Turkey. Once for a light lunch and once for an evening meal. Food on both occasions very good, service is friendly and unassuming. Lovely atmosphere and ambience - could sit in their courtyard garden with a never ending glass of chilled white wine all summer!! The owner is struggling with health issues at... More

It might be a bit tricky to find the place, especially if you don't know around but it sure does worth the effort. May not be very convenient to have dinner there everyday because it is a bit out of town but the food was absolutely delicious. The view was incredible and the owners were quite attentive. My suggestion would... More

Had quite a pleasant night out in this pretty little restaurant, tucked away behind the Apollo temple. The menu was rather limited and the food was Ok but lacked seasoning, and the portions were tiny. My husband had a steak, which was really small, and was served with a little amount of vegetables. I had beef roulade - which was... More

we visited this restaurant after reading the very good reviews. The setting is lovely overlooking the temple, and the restaurant is really quirky. I was impressed with the menu it was different from the usual in Altinkum, my husband had the mussels to start, they were not good and the sauce was testless and watery, infact not a patch on the...
