Dined here twice during our stay and would have happily eaten twice here everyday. Dishes range from 150 to 500 baht. Fresh, clean food with a clever take on thai staples. The chef has done an amazing job. For example phad thai spring rolls or papaya salad in rice paper rolls. Must have is the thai curry pie with fresh... More

Location is a bit off but isnt hard to find at all. Service was great, menu wasnt that big even for an café. I took meat with what i thought was potatoes. No idea what it was but it wasnt my taste. Loved it overall though. Would love a bigger menu (:

Very reasonably priced and the best Thai food we had in Koh Samui by far! Duck beggar's purse appetizer, soft shell crab appetizer, and green curry chicken pie (roti) were all amazing. Duck massaman was perfect as was the whole sea bass in curry--best fish any of us have had in a while! Don't be put off by the decor,... More

The best thai style food I have ever had. The staff were friendly and attentive... and the food... well if you love thai food and you don't come here while in Ko Samui, you are crazy... We came from kandaburi and after some hard bargaining got the taxi down to 300 baht... the long drive was worth it

We visited here last night. Everyone we met in Bophut told us 'you have to go to Cafe 69'. They were not wrong! We were met by the owner Vivian who warmly welcomed us. It's a small place on the main road, opposite side to the path from the side of Hansar, opposite the Boars Pub. The decor is funky,... More

Very small and cosy restaurant in Koh Samui in Bophut. We were welcomed by the owner who went through everything on the specials list in great detail. The portions were big, and 2 of us shared 2 starters and one main and were stuffed. It is thai food with a twist of other ingredients. The green curry pie with mango... More

Good and simple food, made in an alternative way than the common thai, big portions and unique atmosphere. I had a chance to go there last week, and I wasn't disappointed at all about my choice. The restaurant can be romantic, and very alternative, in his particular colors and furniture. A bit '70s, a bit tawdry. Service is very good,... More
