We arrived for a few hours on Sipan Island and asked for a restaurant recommendation. The response was "look for the place with the blue canopy." That turned out to be the Konoba Kod Marka and a great recommendation it was! Lunch on the water is always nice but this restaurant does it right -- beautiful place settings, wonderful food,... More

This is a beautiful restaurant on the Island of Sipan in the small inlet bay on the north side. This is a very very quiet small village with 1 hotel and this wonderful top top quality restaurant. If you like eating fish and at an idyllic location, this has to be visited. You might even see the odd celebrity! Much... More

I first came across this wonderful place while holidaying for my fathers 60th 4 years ago and I am thrilled to say on my recent trip it hadn't changed a bit. The location is just fantastic, overlooking all aspects of the gorgeous horseshoe bay and perfectly turned out tables. The staff is small - the owner Gino and one other... More

Nice setting, good food and a reasonable price. Service could be improved, but a pleasant experience overall.

Having been to this restaurant last year and enjoyed it enormously we rang from the UK a few weeks in advance to book our table and mooring buoy for the first night of our sailing trip. It was just as well that we'd booked as the restaurant was packed and the other 2 buoys were occupied. The food is fabulous... More

We booked a table in advance and asked for a mooring buoy also as we were arriving by sail. Buoy was reserved as promised and we enjoyed a swim a mere 10 m from the restaurant. Main man was very friendly. It is true there is no menu just fish or meat and red or white wine! But food was... More

We ate here while cruising the Elaphite Islands. The restaurant provides two mooring buoys that are free if you eat at the restaurant. The food was the usual Croatian coastal fish and meat mostly fried or grilled, but well cooked and nicely presented. The location is very picturesque, on the quayside of this lovely little port. The staff were helpful... More

We came here with a party of 8 on a guided sailing trip, and had a selection of starters for most of the party, including anchovies, octopus cakes, a rocket and tuna and cheese salad, and risotto. We also had a bottle or rather rough white wine, and some soft drinks. Tiny cakes were brought for pudding. Two people had... More

Had lunch here while on a boat trip to Sipan - best to pre-book. Not surprisingly there is only seafood and it is all amazing. We let the owner give us a selection of dishes and they were all delicious, especially the octopus tartare! The location and food make this place, and I can't recommend it enough. It is a... More

We ate here in a party of eight (including 4 children) while on an organised sailing trip. It is a nice place by the water in Sipan Luka with decent food, but absurdly overpriced for what we had. We had the suggested assorted starters including smoked tuna and goat cheese and octopus fritters. The main course was seafood risotto, while... More
