Pepi's meals were very good. We enjoyed 3 evening meals of delicious Sifnos and Greek salads, grilled calamari, octopus salad, mousakka, shrimp & spaghetti and filet fish with tomato sauce. Giorgos' father's wine enhanced our meals and Pepi's delicious desserts after dinner were great. We were treated with a couple of very light but tasty cheesecakes. The tender grilled calamari... Pretentious owner with an over drift to his will and not yours when ordering.Rewarmed food that tasted as if it was standing for days and a house wine that was far from drinkable. If you must go,then go for the evening view of the bay and sunset and order a bottle of sparkling water.

Dinners always included Pepi's home made cheeses, perfectly fresh and creative salads, and pristine fish caught fresh that day. An amazing array of appetizers, different specials each day, included atherini and saganaki, with innovative twists that made them especially delicious. Desserts included a yogurt mousse and a Greek version of Tiramisu.

As an owner of the Delfini Hotel, Pepi takes great care and pride in what she prepares in the kitchen. Authentic island dishes are featured, including fresh fish caught the same day. Slow-cooked chickpeas in a clay pot are the Sunday specialty, worth waiting for. I also enjoyed the lamb fricasee and octopus. Great salads, too! Special dietary needs are... More

George, one of the owners, is the host. And he is an incredible personality. Full of energy and philoxenia, the Greek word for the love of hospitality. Pepi, the other owner, does the cooking for the Delfini Restaurant. Her dishes are inspired. They are based on traditional Greek cuisine, but they also reflect her personal interpretation and talent in the... More

Situated at the quiet end of town the views are great, good quality fittings and a comfortable room with a balcony. The restaurant served a wide range of good food lovingly prepared by Georges wife, Pepe ? Like Sifnos a great introduction to Greek island life.

We stayed at the Delfini Hotel and ate dinner here a few times during our stay. Pepe and George run the hotel and dining room and are always very warm and friendly. The food is very well prepared with fresh ingredients and great cooking skill. Their cabbage wrapped rice and meat (dolmathes) with sauce are excellent. Her roasted chicken and... More

My husband and I stayed at the Delfini Hotel on our honeymoon this summer, and we had our first dinner in Sifnos at the hotel's restaurant. We were very happy we did, as the food was excellent. Everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. The service was great and friendly, and the prices on the menu were lower than average. The... More

General in Sifnos we ate very well. In Delfini we found everything. Homemade food, amazing sea view, friendly environment. We ate stuffed tomatoes, "papoutsakia", lamb with lemon sause and for the end the best cheese cake ever.
