We are staying at the hotel and decided to eat in last night. Food was OK but 3 times more expensive than outside with the same level of service. Service improved once we commented on it but save yourself some money and eat at one of the many good restaurants in the town. Hotel food is ALAWYS hotel food!

A nice setting right on the beach - reflected in the fact that the furniture is wooden benches and forms. Service was attentive but not overdone and the food was nicely cooked and enjoyable. We ate there 3 times and never had a bad dish. By far and away the best place to eat in the whole Mahabalipurum area.

The ambience and food are fantastic. The Lava Grill dishes are excellent. But you need to tell them to serve the add-ons as listed in the menu or else they may give you Indian.

Great setting by the sea and tasty, well presented food. Poor and hugely overpriced wine list. Kind and helpful staff doing their best under poor management.
