Awesome view!! Service was slow but the barracuda fish was awesome. Side were pretty lame. The calamari was chewy and the fish soup tasted bad. Fish was the highlight here.

About 25 minutes from where we were staying but worth the trip. Arrived at 6, had a table on the water's edge and enjoyed a beautiful sunset! The waitress was very accommodating. She offered to take a few pictures of us which came out really nice. We all had the whole fried red snapper which was very tasty but we... More

The food is simple and very good. Lots to choose from. The setting is very nice. For some reason they only had 3 servers working. They were running around trying to service everyone but it made it very chaotic. Would return no matter what

Loved the location right up against the water. However the seafood was cooked too long and was tough-rubbery. Pricing was not too bad when compared to many other aruba seafood restaurants. Will go back and try again sometime. Maybe try other items

We dined at Marina Pirata last night, on the recommendation of friends in Aruba, who listed it as the "best Aruban restaurant" on the island. Can't be true! It's located at a US$25.00 taxi ride from the heart of Oranjestad, to start with, twice that from the High Rise Hotel section. The appetizers, all in the US$9 to $14 range... More

Wow. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences of the year. First, they were out of a lot of the items for drinks. it took TWO HOURS for the food to arrive. During which time, they never even asked if we wanted a second round of drinks (we did). When the food arrived, it was not even mediocre. The... More

Heard about this from a taxi driver. The fish are swimming, literally, three feet from your table. Incredibly quiet and peaceful (it's a good 25 mins from Palm-Eagle Beach area). The food was fantastic - I had the Grouper A L'Orange. Very reasonably priced as well.

After a day of waking up at 3am and flying roughly 6 hours I looked about as rough as the outside of the restaurant and smelled a touch better than the smell when you first walk in. This restaurant is very deceiving and we would've regretted not eating here. The staff was very friendly. The food was pretty good and... More

Excellent place to have dinner, right over the ocean. You can feed the fish and they'll come right up next to the dinner deck. Bring a little extra oyster crackers to attract them. Food is great and good service too. Price is great for families.
