Savio was once one of our favorites for a few years, until a meal from hell, with offensively slow service. This place is a real disappointment. This restaurant seduced us by its position on the lake side and next to the play ground. but that it all. service is not attentive, not friendly. food is of a very low / industrial quality. and long, very looooong waiting time. Doesn't worth it!

They are now offering and additional lunchtime menu "De Lago" its 18 euros but gives yet more choice and is excellent value. I had laterine fritte (Whitebait) and there was far too much so I had the extra in a bag for the Gatti (cat) he enjoyed them.

This recently changed hands and the new owners have started a set lunch menu Tuesday to Friday. I have been on a number of occasions and it has always been good value. Starter, Main, side dish, mezzo water and quarto wine followed by coffee for 12 euros. In competition with the Bistro further down the road but they close on... More
