The restaurant at the Visitor centre is always a great choice if you are visiting the Barossa with friends. Food was excellent. Entree Pasta with prawns excellent ! Aged Beef was outstanding. Wonderful chips ! Excellent selection of wines. Good service.

An informative and beautifully presented history of the Jacobs Creek winery and area. Large, modern, and a very pleasant outlook over the vineyard to enjoy a tasting or a meal.

The smaller wineries are so much nicer, would not recommend. Only went as it was one of the names you associate with the Barossa.

W stopped here on our way back to Adelaide but we should have read Trip Advisor first and allowed a few hours to taste, chill, bike ride and tour here! The bean bags out on the lawn were delightful on a warm sunny afternoon.

We arrived just before 2pm when the restaurant was almost empty. However we were able to order and have an excellent lunch. We had booked for the tour on the way in. This was limited to an overview of the history, a visit to the vines and finally a wine tasting session. We found this very educational and enjoyed all... More

A fantastic location less than an hour's drive from Adelaide, with a magic backdrop overlooking the vineyards & the rolling hills. Beautifully presented food matched with quality local wines. The service is very good. One of the best lunches I've had in this magnificent Valley. Well worth the drive!

A modern facility in the Barossa presenting numb of wines for tasting (free) food area inside or out is inviting - service and facilities very pleasant - price good as well. On a springs day can't do much more than this - we chose to ride to the winery via a very good push bike path for Nurioopta.
