Cool atmosphere and nice staff

Nice little spot for lunch. We had some tapas which were great and then a chocolate brownie which was so so so good. The staff are really friendly. The wifi didn't work when we were there but to be honest sometimes in a restaurant that's a blessing in disguise. Food was really good but not out of... read more

This cafe is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We visited the cafe on three occasions and the food was excellent every time. Also the coffee is really good and the owners are really passionate about their work and very friendly to all their customers. I would highly recommend the BBQ that they do in the evenings...YUM!

Wonderful little cafe with friendly owners. It's clean, comfortable, air conditioned - could have spent many mornings in there reading books and sampling their excellent coffee. They bake Scandinavian style bread daily and have a delicious range of sandwiches, and the home made cinnamon rolls are gorgeous. Mojito slushies are divine, too. Had the pork and chicken on their dinner... More

Bonsai cafe is a great place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner! They have a pretty large menu, they offer many different beverages. We went for breakfast, but I would've like to go back for dinner to try the BBQ, it seems delicious. It's a great place to go if you're looking for a change from traditional colombian food,... More

Spent a whole morning studying for my Padi exam and didn't and didn't have any problems. The coffee is great and the food is ok but the place has a great vibe.

We escaped to this cafe several times during our stay in Taganga to beat the heat, access the speedy wifi and eat some good grub. Breakfast is delish with typical amazing Colombian coffee, we took sandwiches on a long hike one day and even tasted the chicken and beef for dinner. Great little oasis in Taganga!

Atmosphere was very relaxed. The cafe itself is also very rustic, but small. The service wasn't out of the ordinary.I had a smoothie and tapas, and I would definitely recommend. The food was well priced and I thought everything was delicious.

I had the picho De lomo the BBQ in front of you the drinks are very good specially the house drink that is made out pasión fruit, orange and ginger very refreshing a little over price but remember there is no many options here and the food was so good there is worth the money. I recomended.

Cafe bonsai is worth the trip from Santa Marta for the coffee alone! The food is also great, sandwiches are made to order on a selection of home made breads. Smoothies are great too!
