All about the toast

If you're a European who has been traveling for a while, and wants some home comforts, come here. They genuinely had proper toast/tea. Can't give it 5*s, despite loving the food + drink, as the staff were pretty lame. Our toast took over 45 minutes to come, and though we were in there for over 1... read more

Popped in here a few times for coffee when here. Nice vibe, excellent lattes (albeit sometimes they are slightly too hot) and doesn't break the bank (4,400COP - about €1.25). Have been surprisingly disappointed with the quality of coffee in Colombia but this place was a refreshing change. Didn't eat here so can't recommend anything else on the menu but... More

This little cafe provides the best coffee in Taganga. Their food and drinks are excellent, considering how small they are and their location. I had been there 3 1/2 years before under different ownership but it is still the same nice place today.

Nice little spot for lunch. We had some tapas which were great and then a chocolate brownie which was so so so good. The staff are really friendly. The wifi didn't work when we were there but to be honest sometimes in a restaurant that's a blessing in disguise. Food was really good but not out of this world....hence the... More

This cafe is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We visited the cafe on three occasions and the food was excellent every time. Also the coffee is really good and the owners are really passionate about their work and very friendly to all their customers. I would highly recommend the BBQ that they do in the evenings...YUM!

Wonderful little cafe with friendly owners. It's clean, comfortable, air conditioned - could have spent many mornings in there reading books and sampling their excellent coffee. They bake Scandinavian style bread daily and have a delicious range of sandwiches, and the home made cinnamon rolls are gorgeous. Mojito slushies are divine, too. Had the pork and chicken on their dinner... More

Bonsai cafe is a great place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner! They have a pretty large menu, they offer many different beverages. We went for breakfast, but I would've like to go back for dinner to try the BBQ, it seems delicious. It's a great place to go if you're looking for a change from traditional colombian food,... More

Spent a whole morning studying for my Padi exam and didn't and didn't have any problems. The coffee is great and the food is ok but the place has a great vibe.

Thank God we found this cozy place to eat. Everything was perfect. I recommend this place 100%. We enjoyed the time with our family. The bread fallen from heaven.

We escaped to this cafe several times during our stay in Taganga to beat the heat, access the speedy wifi and eat some good grub. Breakfast is delish with typical amazing Colombian coffee, we took sandwiches on a long hike one day and even tasted the chicken and beef for dinner. Great little oasis in Taganga!
